Emilion Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hotel is very clean, modern and beautifully maintained, and the location is excellent. The rooms are a little smaller, but still perfectly comfortable and very nicely equipped.

The staff deserves a special mention — everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Especially the gentleman who welcomed my boyfriend and me when we arrived. He was always so friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! We would definitely come back.

موقع الفندق في قلب اسطنبول قريب من كل شي محطة ترام سركجي قريب جدا من الفندق في منطقة حيوية المطعم في في كل مكان مساحة الغرفة جيدة بنسبة لمنطقة سركجي اكثر ما اعجبني النظافه في هذا الفندق والتعامل الراقي والاخوي من الموظفين الرائعين بالاستقبال الاخ اصلان والاخ محمود كنت اريد ان امداد ل اسبوع لكن مع اسف كان فندق فول ولا انسى الموظف صالح في صالة افطار خدوم جداً فطور كان جيد لكن لو يكون في تعداد اكثر في أصناف بشكل عام كنت تجربة اكثر من ممتازة انصح بالتعامل معهم

Whenever I travel to Istanbul, I am very careful when choosing a hotel. There are three things that matter most to me: location, cleanliness, and the attitude of the hotel staff. I can honestly say that this hotel meets all of these expectations very well.

Ever since the hotel first opened, my family and I have chosen to stay here whenever we visit Istanbul. This was my third stay, and every time I have been very satisfied with the service and overall experience.

The size of the rooms may feel a little small to some guests, while others may find them perfectly adequate. However, when you spend most of the day exploring Istanbul and return to the hotel in the evening, what really matters is having a clean, comfortable, and peaceful place where you can relax and get a good night’s sleep. In this respect, the hotel provides everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The rooms are cleaned every day, and fresh towels are provided regularly. I especially appreciate the attention they pay to cleanliness.

I would also like to mention Aslan Bey and Arhan Bey at the reception. They are both very friendly, polite, helpful, and easy to communicate with. They speak Russian and English, which makes communication very convenient for international guests. Whenever you need assistance, they are always ready to help.

Overall, this is a great choice for anyone who values a convenient location, cleanliness, comfort, and friendly service while staying in Istanbul. We have stayed here three times and have had a positive experience every time. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our future visits to Istanbul.

Aslan mahmyt Sálih The staff are extremely helpful and will go out of their way to accommodate your every need. The hotel’s location is excellent for planning your trips. There are plenty of restaurants in the area serving excellent food; I would particularly recommend the Ehli Keyf Café.

It's convenient with a tram stop and a great kebab restaurant nearby.

Très bien placé, a côté du métro allant a l'aéroport et a proximité de toutes les activités a pied.
Petit déjeuner qualitatif et quantitatif, chambre propre et très bien équipé, calme.

De perfecte ligging van het hotel maakt het mogelijk om alles vanop wandelafstand te bezoeken, zowel restaurants, cafés, winkels, bezienswaardigheden…
Het personeel is uitermate vriendelijk en gedienstig. Iedere vraag wordt met de glimlach beantwoord en ze proberen te helpen waar kan en geven je echt een thuisgevoel.
De kamers zijn zeer netjes, ook de badkamer (degelijke douche) en comfortabele bedden. Ook de cleaningservice was vriendelijk en poetst grondig (vloer wordt met water gedweild).

Tijdens ons verblijf van 5 dagen werden we altijd heel gedienstig en vriendelijk bediend door de collega die het ontbijt verzorgde, alsook Aslan die het steeds aangenaam maakte om in het hotel toe te komen en tijd maakt voor een babbeltje of vriendelijke welkom.

Zeer gemeende dankjewel aan Aslan om voor ons een taxi te regelen en contact met hem te houden tot zijn aankomst aan ons hotel, ons op de hoogte te houden van zijn minieme vertraging en ons tot aan de taxi te begeleiden

私たちは前日別のホテルを予約していたのですが、そこが良くないホテルだったので翌日から急遽予約しました。

前日夜分の予約だったにも関わらず、即booking経由で連絡をもらえました。チェックイン前から荷物を預ける事等についても、bookingで丁寧にご連絡いただけて宿泊前から安心できました。

ホテルに到着後はスタッフがにこやかに出迎えてくれ、
お茶やコーヒーを用意してもてなしてくれました。
お茶、コーヒーメーカー、お水はいつでも飲めるサービス付きです。

部屋のことも全て丁寧に説明いただけました。内装も清掃が行き届いておりました。

朝ごはんも充実しておりました！
また観光の立地も素晴らしかったです！
イスタンブールに泊まるならここにすべきです！！

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Besonders hervorzuheben sind das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal sowie die angenehme Atmosphäre. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Die großartige Lage und das absolut freundliche und serviceorientierte Personal. Wir haben uns rund um sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch zu Ausflügen und so weiter hat man uns sehr geholfen in der Rezeption. Das Hotel wirkt insgesamt sehr gepflegt und die Zimmer sind hervorragend sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich was wir besonders genossen haben war, dass man 24 Stunden lang Cappuccino oder Kaffee seiner Wahl in der Rezeption bekam. Dieser wurde sogar durch das Servicepersonal gereicht. Auch Wasser steht in unbegrenzten Mengen zur Verfügung.
