Customer service was a good as Millwalls performance that evening
Pros:

The room did the job and was good value.

Cons:

The customer service of this joint was nothing short of deplorable. I booked last minute from the airport. With no phone coverage. I was fortunate to be helped by Lucy and Bobby, who were enjoying an afternoon bevy until I disturbed them.L let me use her phone to contact them. After 5 calls and multiple requests to send code to Lucy phone they sent it to my phone that wasn’t working.
The name I booked under with booking.com wasn’t even the name of the establishment. Very ordinary behaviour from employee over the phone.

Le début était agité et pas idéal.

C’était correct.

Cons:

En arrivant ils nous ont envoyé dans un autre établissement de l’autre côté de Londres. Nous nous sommes rendus compte en arrivant lá-bas. Nous sommes tout de même rentrés dans la chambre puisque nous étions fatigués du voyage. Cependant la chambre était immonde. Horrible. Nous avons contacté le service qui nous a donné les codes d’accès pour la chambre que nous avions pris. Celle ci était propre et correspondait aux photos et attentes. Nous avons dû payer un autre Uber pour aller de l’autre côté de la ville. C’était fatiguant. Même s’ils ont résolu le problème assez rapidement cela n’aurait pas dû arriver. C’était une perte de temps et aussi d’argent.

The location was good.and it was clean enough.

Cons:

The bed wasn't the most comfortable that I've ever stayed in. The sink being in the room was a little strange and not having a kettle and some coffee.

Good value for money, decent room and bathroom.
Pros:

Easy to find and access with all access codes sent to me before hand, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was decent.

Cons:

Very thin walls, the front door to the property was often open (problematic to me when few staff around), the floors were dusty (whenever my clothing touched the floor the dust was evident), and the name is misleading…it’s in Peckham, not close to London Bridge.
