Jättefin frukost och utsikt, men information om hur saker och ting fungerar på hotellet behöver förbättras!
Pros:

Utsikten från poolområdet och restaurangen, fanns många sittplatser att se ut över solnedgången om kvällarna. Väldigt fin atmosfär då också.

Frukosten var väldigt fina till utseendet, smakade även bra! Bra variation på menyn både vid frukosten, drinkar och lunch/middag.

Personalen i receptionen kunde väl engelska.

Solstolarna med nät vad sköna och sängplatserna under tak var jättetrevliga att vistas i, speciellt mot kvällskvisten!

Cons:

Inte tillräckligt med information om hur saker och ting fungerar på hotellet. Vi fick tex en genomgång om några grundläggande regler vid incheckningen, den informationen skulle också funnit till hands i hotellrummet.

Svårt att förstå när städningen skulle ske, under vår vistelse på 9 nätter fick vi rummet städat 4 gånger. Då glömdes det vid ett två tillfällen att sätta i ny påse i soptunnan och vid två tillfällen har AC:n justerats till oönskad temperatur. Vi fick be om nya handdukar då det saknades vid två tillfällen också. Information om när det städas och vad som städas hade underlättat.

Vi hade inkluderande frukost, men endast kaffe var inkluderat i de ”billigare” priserna av frukosten. Endast om mam valde omelett eller scramble ägg kunde man få välja juice, annars fick man stå för den kostnaden. Tycker att det bredare sortiment av dryck borde också ingå precis som det breda sortimentet av frukost som fanns att tillgå.

La ubicación me pareció excelente si vas al centro de convenciones. tiene cerca supermercado.

Cons:

El principal inconveniente fue que en ningún momento se me informó previamente que la alberca se encontraba fuera de servicio. Aunque mi viaje fue por motivos laborales, uno de los aspectos que consideré al elegir este hotel fue la posibilidad de utilizar las instalaciones para descansar y relajarme, particularmente la alberca. Por ello, fue una gran decepción llegar y encontrar que no estaba habilitada. Si bien me ofrecieron la opción de utilizar una alberca en otra ubicación, esto me resultó incómodo, ya que contraté específicamente este hotel y esperaba poder disfrutar de los servicios e instalaciones que ofrece sin necesidad de trasladarme a otro lugar.
Por otra parte, desde mi proceso de check-in solicité y confirmé una salida tardía (late check-out), la cual me fue autorizada. Sin embargo, durante mi estancia acudieron en dos ocasiones a indicarme que debía desalojar la habitación en el horario normal. La primera ocasión me pareció un error entendible; sin embargo, que ocurriera una segunda vez, y además con una actitud poco amable por parte del personal de recepción, me resultó bastante incómodo. Incluso tuve que volver a explicar que dicha extensión ya había sido previamente autorizada.
Esta situación generó una experiencia poco agradable y una sensación de falta de comunicación y coordinación interna por parte del hotel.

Beautiful outdoor space, comfortable room and great location!
Pros:

Great location - walkable to lots of restaurants and bars, and close to the beach. We had a private room and bathroom which were clean and comfortable. Bed was pretty comfy. The outdoor area and gardens are beautiful and really well maintained. Whole place felt very calming and relaxing. Felt safe and secure. The pool and bar were unfortunately closed for maintenance while we were there but it would be such a vibe when it’s open! We were allowed to use the pool at one of the property’s sister hotels while the pool was under maintenance which was excellent!!

Cons:

We had one good pillow between the two of us but that obviously comes down to personal preference and was not a big deal!!

Cerca de la playa y de lo que se ocupa para una vacación tranquila
Pros:

Que tiene muy buena ubicación cerca del OXXO Chedraui taquitos Los colchones muy cómodos las almohadas el clima muy frío

Cons:

Pues me tocaron zancudos en esta ocasión elegimos la habitación que tiene literas y en las camas de abajo había muchos zancudos pero fuimos a Chedraui por un raid y se resolvió el asunto.
