Pros:

Excelente atención, todo súper rápido.

Cons:

Cuando hicimos el checkout quisieron cobrarnos el resort fee nuevamente. En la descripción del gasto no se llama como “resort fee” sino que tenía otro nombre. Tuvimos que quejarnos y eliminaron el gasto. Pero atención a ese detalle.

Amazing, comfortable and affordable!
Pros:

The location. How spacious the room was. How cute and nicely decorated it was. It wasn’t loud at night or nothing, especially being right on Collins avenue. 10/10 stay!

Cons:

Just no on sight staff. It wasn’t an issue really but at least 1 person to help.

Great room, great price, close to what we wanted to be near!
Pros:

The property was very clean and easy to get to. The gentleman who assisted us at check in was very friendly and accommodating which was a big plus.

Cons:

Luggage storage is limited to six lockers which is a bit inconvenient. We had to store our luggage off site for an added expense.

Worst hotel I ever stayed at

Just the location.

Cons:

It was so hard to check in specially since no one is at the front desk. They gave us a room and the door would not open then they gave us another room to try and we opened a room with people in it it was extremely embarrassing and the third time we finally were able to get into our room after trying 3 times with all out luggage going up and down.

It's a very decent hotel in South Beach
Pros:

Location is fantastic, near the beach, restaurants, nice area. The room is clean, confortable, silent, with coffee machine and capsules, boiler, hair dryer, all in good condition.

Cons:

The air condition is bit noise, but works well.

My friend forgot her toothbrush so it would have been nice if there was a way to get one from the hotel, but there's a Walgreens right across the street so it wasn't too bad

Great stay and excellent value!
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the upgraded bathroom was a nice surprise. The price was very reasonable for the quality and location. It’s in a great spot, just a short walk from the beach, which made everything very convenient. Customer service was also great; staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

In my opinion, the property could enhance the guest experience by adding a breakfast area, incorporating a small pool in the back, and upgrading the front porch to create a stronger first impression upon arrival.

walk distance to everything like restaurants, pharmacy, and the beach.

Cons:

Front desk service was lacking a bit. I am not sure how they structure that. someone received us really well, but next day they disappeared and I could not get any extra information.
