Categories

Cleanliness
1
Multiple reviews report severe hygiene issues: urine smell, persistent odors, mould, dirty bathrooms, stained shower curtain, cockroaches and large spiders, dusty/fridge/oven stains — clear major cleanliness failures.
Service
1
Mixed reports: some guests praised warm, helpful staff and early check-in, while others reported rude treatment (including racist behaviour) and dishonest cash handling at the beach club.
Location
1
Generally positive: convenient beach access, close to airport (~15 minutes) and attractions (Arena area, beach club, kitesurf school); limited nearby restaurants is noted but location itself is strong.
Room Quality
1
Polarized: some guests found rooms clean and as described, but others received accommodations in an unsanitary, poorly maintained state (filth, mold, stained fixtures), indicating inconsistent room quality with serious negative incidents.
Amenities
1
Mixed amenities: positives include Arena space and a jacuzzi; negatives include no in-room safe, lack of local cafes/restaurants, absent sports channels on TV, and reports of no cellular signal/Wi‑Fi in rooms.
Value for Money
1
Some guests felt the hotel was great value and good price, while others felt the poor conditions negated value — overall modestly positive due to multiple comments about good price/value.
Food and Beverage
1
Generally positive comments about food (nice meals, varied breakfast buffet) and guests booking outings through the hotel; however, issues include shortened breakfast service times and incidents of incorrect change at the beach club.
Overall Experience
1
Highly polarized experiences: several guests give glowing endorsements (10/10, strong recommendations, great activities like snorkeling and kitesurfing), while others report the worst stay of their lives. Net assessment is mixed-to-positive due to multiple strong positive stays despite severe negative reports.
