Categories

Cleanliness
1
Multiple reports of leaking air conditioner, flooded bathroom, stagnant water, unpleasant drainage smell, and towels used to soak up water (and charged for at checkout) indicate major cleanliness and water-intrusion problems.
Service
1
Consistently praised: staff described as friendly, accommodating, and attentive across multiple reviews; staff responsiveness is a clear strength and is emphasized repeatedly.
Location
1
Location is repeatedly called excellent — near KCC, easily accessible, with many nearby restaurants and shops — making it a strong positive for guests.
Room Quality
1
Frequent room issues noted: leaking AC, flooded/shower overflow into toilet, broken tiles, door damage that affected usability, and ongoing renovation/old fixtures — room condition is poor in several reports.
Amenities
1
Amenities lacking or malfunctioning: no hot water in at least one report, poor internet connectivity, limited in-room amenities and interruptions to restaurant services due to LPG shortage.
Value for Money
1
Multiple guests called the hotel pricey for the experience received (no free breakfast, missing/poor amenities, and service interruptions), indicating poor value perception.
Food and Beverage
1
At least one report of the restaurant being out of food due to LPG unavailability with no alternatives offered; this is a noticeable service failure in F&B.
Overall Experience
1
Mixed overall: significant negatives from room/cleanliness and amenities, but strong positives for staff and location meaning some guests still had a largely positive stay; the overall experience is buoyed by exceptional service and convenient location.

Accommodating and honest staff
Pros:

Staff were friendly and accommodating.
One of our guests left a pair of earrings when we checked out of the hotel. When we called, they readily replied that housekeeping had turned it in. They kept it for us until one of our friends picked it up at the hotel.
Such honest people!

It's okay
Pros:

The staff were very accommodating, and the location was excellent, easily accessible with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops

Cons:

The hotel room looks nice; however, the air conditioner was leaking, leaving the floor wet all night. In addition, the bathroom was flooded and had an unpleasant drainage smell.

残念
Pros:

KCCが近くにあるから良かった。

Cons:

329号室

Dissapointing and very pricey
Pros:

Location
Friendly and accommodating staff

Cons:

Air conditioning not working have to change room
Block sink and stagnant water in the shower area, not draining well, plus leaking and flooding. Restaurant out of food availability due to no LPG available as mentioned no alternatives offered. Site still in the middle of construction. Internet very poor, only reason i booked a room to have access to WIFI as having an important meeting international. Lacking of room amenities availability. Value for money is pricey without free breakfast.

Very good hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. I highly recommend this hotel!
Pros:

It is quiet and secure- no too much outside people unlike those hotels situated in the middle of malls and city center.

Cons:

It was in the process of renovation though I understand, some bathroom fixtures and the air conditioning unit need upgrade.
