Prima appartement, qua ligging iets minder gunstig
Pros:

Modern en schoon, en fijn dat er een wasmachine was

Cons:

Op de reviews stond dat de ligging van de locatie heel fijn was. Naar mijn mening viel dat een beetje tegen. We moesten elke keer een halte met de trein voordat we bij de metro konden komen.

Molto accogliente, ben attrezzata, ampia, letti comodi e lavatrice e asciugatrice. Ben collegata con la metro e vicino a vari minimarket. Ottima scelta per la prima volta a Tokyo per la mia famiglia di 4 persone

Bon séjour, appartement propre et confortable
Pros:

Apparemment neuf et très propre, on accède facilement au métro. Bonne communication avec les hôtes.

Eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo! Struttura nuova e pulita.

Cons:

Troppo lontano dal centro, difficile da raggiungere a tarda ora con i mezzi, preparatevi a camminare (come se non lo aveste già fatto di giorno! =) )

길가 소음만아니면 사랑스런 숙소와 동네
Pros:

시이나마치역 남쪽출구로 나오면 가까운 위치이고 우선은 동네가 참 사랑스러워요. 시이나마치역 북쪽출구쪽에 밤12시에도 줄서있는 고기국수가 550엔인데 넘 맛있고요~ 기차가 지나가는 교차로도 흔히 볼수없는 풍경이라 넘 좋고 북쪽출구쪽에있는 시장도 구경하는 재미가있어요. 숙소부근에 로손이나 마트 등 뭔가 구입할수있는 가게가 가깝고 건너편에있는 Goshikiyu라는 동네 목욕탕이 넘 좋았어요^^ 숙소는 깔끔하고 침구나 모든 시설이 깨끗하고 편안했습니다.

Cons:

일단 응대해주시는 직원이 없어 문자로 대화를 나누어야하고(그래도 답은 빨리 해주십니다) 제일 중요한건 밤에 잠을 이룰수없이 길가 소음이 심합니다. 저는 예민한편이 아닌데도 정말 소음에 지쳐서 잠이들었습니다. 귀마개를 꼭 가져가셔야 할듯요~

Pros:

Mooi appartement, gemakkelijke check-in, keyless entry. Communicatie met de staff is heel vlot via e-mail.
Locatie is slechts op 2 minuutjes wandelen van shiinamatchi station van waaruit je op 5 minuutjes bij ikebukuro station bent.

Geniş kullanışlı ve konforlu odalar
Pros:

Self check in yapılan bir apart daire, odalar japon otellerine göre oldukça geniş. İki çocuklu dört kişilik bir aile olarak kaldık, çok memnun kaldık. Oda tam donanımlı, kurutmalı çamaşır makinesi, saç kurutma makinesi var. Mutfak minik ama çok kullanışlı.

Cons:

Konum olarak merkezi sayılabilecek Ikebukuro istasyonuna bir durak uzaklıktaydı. Dolayısı ile her yere giderken önce bir durak aktarma yapıp sonra Ikebukuro'dan gideceğimiz hatta geçtik. Çok kötü sayılmaz ama direk Ikebukuro'ya yürüme mesafesinde olması büyük kolaylık olurdu.
