Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Tokio!
Pros:

Das Apartment war sehr sauber. Tolle Ausstattung mit Wasserkocher, Kühl-/Gefrierkombination und Kochgelegenheit. Geschirr für 4 Personen vorhanden. Klimaanlage und Luftreiniger gab es ebenfalls. Der Fernseher war Über das vorhandene WLAN nutzbar. Es gab ebenfalls einen Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner. Dazu das typische japanische Bad mit Badewanne und Heizfunktion zum Trocknen von Wäsche.
Zug- und Busverbindungen in ca. 5 min. erreichbar. Ebenfalls ist 7-Eleven in gleicher Entfernung. Perfekt für einen Aufenthalt in Tokio. Mit 3 Personen war der verfügbare Platz ok.

Aufenthalt in Tokyo
Pros:

Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war jedes mal super reibungslos, fast immer erreichbar. Außerdem war das Apartment an sich neu und auch das Gebäude. Die Klimaanlage sowie der Luftreiniger waren sehr hilfreich.

Cons:

Sieht auf den Bildern etwas größer aus aber es ist ein sehr kleines Apartment, wir hatten große Schwierigkeiten mit dem Platz spezifisch für die Koffer. Außerdem, ein Bett bei einem 4er Zimmer liegt direkt am Boden, das hat es etwas unbequem gemacht (vorallem wenn man dann neben Koffern liegen muss).
Außerdem gibt es kein Lift, was für Leute im 4. Stock mit Koffer zumindest bei Check-In und Check-Out anstrengend war.
Auch keine extra Kissen oder Decken verfügbar.
An sich war die Lage nicht schlecht (circa 10-13Min. zu Fuß von Mejiro Station) aber wir sind dann drauf gekommen, dass die Wohnung neben einem Krankenhaus ist. Bedeutet sehr oft in der Nacht die Rettung etc. die vorbeifährt.
All in all finde ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht adäquat.

Pros:

- La Localisation proche d’un métro
- L’appartement spacieux
- La cuisine bien équipée
- La réactivité de notre correspondant
- La propreté de l’appartement

Cons:

- La table à manger était bancale à notre arrivée. Notre hôte a gentiment accepté de passer plus tard pour la réparer mais il ne nous restait plus beaucoup de jours de séjours
- Le lit n’était pas très confortable, nous ressentions les ressorts sur notre dos
- La machine à laver était difficile d’utilisation

Pros:

整體都算不錯，就是要爬上四樓，較麻煩一些，還好樓梯算很寬了，所以整體給個優質住宿點

Cons:

唯一比較能加強的就床墊太薄了，邊邊較沒支撐性，舒適度較沒那好，但走累了還是好睡的。

整體住宿體驗滿舒適的！
Pros:

各種設備完善，還有附設洗衣機可以清洗髒衣服！

Cons:

一開始不太會用電子鎖，甚至隔天早上要出門差點出不了門，但幸好有順利解決

Best hotel for small families wanting to stay in a quiet neighborhood, but accessible to train station.
Pros:

We love how accessible this hotel is from the train station. It was close to everything and had lots of convenience store and small grocery options. It is located in a residential area where there are small parks you can go to if you have kids in tow.

Since this was an apartment hotel, staying here feels live you’re living in Japan! It has a fully functional kitchen so we often prepared our own food, and a washer/dryer so we didn’t have to bring a lot of clothes with us.

Cons:

There’s no elevator so if you’re staying at the upper floors, it’ll be a struggle to carry heavy luggages to your room.

Pros:

A lovely, cozy stay, close to Shinamachi station. They kindly provide laundry soap for the washing machine too, which was nice of them. Clean. A great choice if you'd prefer to self-cater.

Cons:

Very minor, but it would be good if a bin could be provided for the bathroom for sanitary products, rather than having to put them in the kitchen's bin.

Pros:

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, le logement était propre et bien équipé, nous avons reçu toutes les instructions à l’avance et la communication avec notre hôte était fluide.

Cons:

Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur dans l’immeuble et la rue est très passante et bruyante la nuit.

Everything was great! Clean, spacious, and well-designed. The area was very safe and quiet. Near the train station. Located near convenience stores and restaurants

Just a minor issue about the location: It wasn’t along the Yamanote line, so we needed to do a transfer each time we wanted to go to a major destination.
