Our honeymoon at Serbellas was the perfect romantic getaway!
It is a stunning new boutique hotel that just opened, but they already have almost everything figured out.
The staff made us feel incredibly special from the moment we arrived. Everyone was so friendly that we actually collected all of their names so we would remember them.
They always helped us with a genuine smile while completely respecting our privacy.
A huge thank you to all the staff and also the chef, who was such a joyful person and easily accommodated my garlic allergy.
The food was amazing, and breakfast gave us the best of both worlds with great buffet and a la carte options.
They also made me the loveliest alcohol free cocktails, while my husband was very pleased with his alcoholic drinks.
Our suite with the mini private pool was as expected, from the pictures: spacious, while also being cozy.
We also loved getting massages, using the sauna, and relaxing by the indoor and the outdoor pools with that gorgeous sea view.
They have room service available, although we haven't used it, but we did use their laundry cleaning service which was very efficient and delivered back to us the next day.
We honestly couldn't have asked for a better honeymoon!
We will definitely be back!
Our only real disappointment was the layout of the cabana suite pool area...
We stayed in one of the suites in a complex of five groundfloor suites, each with its own private mini pool. However, these pools directly connect to a mini gnome garden. While it is very family-friendly, it naturally attracted kids, playing right outside our mini pool area when we wanted a bit more privacy for our honeymoon.
It was just a bit unsettling to have a children's attraction right in front of what should be a romantic, private area.
Inside the room, the shower had a structural issue where the floor wasn't tilted properly, causing water to leak into the main part of the bathroom. We only reported it to reception at check-out because we didn't want to bother with a minor issue given how great everything else was. The staff told us that others had reported it too and unfortunately it's a structural flaw, but there plans to attempt to address it.

The staff is super friendly, very helpful. The breakfast was just excellent. You have the buffet which has everything you can want and you can also still order à la carte dishes on top of the buffet. The service in the hotel is really high standard and they go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.
If I would change one thing, I would put a slightly smaller bed in the room to have a bit more room. But that is just a very minor detail.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und professionell! Essen war sehr, sehr gut. Tolles Buffet zum Frühstück und sehr leckeres Steak zum Abendessen. Das Chimichurri dazu war das Highlight! Tolle Lage am Meer
Unsere Zimmertür ließ sich mehrfach (!) nicht öffnen. Trotz neuer Zimmerkarten usw. Das war recht nervig.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The reception staff were truly exceptional — warm, professional, attentive, and always welcoming. As a solo traveler, they made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. The rooms were also absolutely luxurious, spacious, elegant, and extremely comfortable. Highly recommended!

Гостиница новая, вся в живых цветах, уровень гостиницы очень высокий, персоналу отдельное спасибо все очень приветливые, всё работает чётко, номер большой, у нас был душ и вана, спорт зал с холодной водой в холодильнике и полотенца , меняются каждый 10, 15 минут, по всей зоне спа, бассейн , спорт зал, везде меняются и в свободном доступе, завтрак прикрасный, на выбор 5 видов завтрака от шефа+ шведский стол, гостиница находится на берегу моря, в шаговой доступности и рядом автобусная станция очень удобно, так как такси очень дорого! В коредоре на стене весят духи , очень качествкные, удобно освежится перед выходом...
Систему сигнализации пожара, повесили прямо над кроватью, всю ночь моргает зелёный яркий свет, в комнате когда не работает кондиционер присуствывает прелый запах
