New, modern with all facilities you would like.
The stuff is very helpful, the gym, spa and pool are great.

מלון מדהים וחדש, עם אווירה מצוינת וחדרים גדולים, מרווחים ומפנקים. השירות היה מעל ומעבר — הצוות קשוב, יוזם ונענה לכל בקשה. במיוחד אלכס, המלצר הראשי, שהיה פשוט יוצא מן הכלל. אהבנו מאוד גם את תשומת הלב לפרטים הקטנים בבריכה, כמו מגבות קרות ופירות. חוויה מושלמת ומקום שממש כיף לחזור אליו.

Pros:

Hotel piękny, przemiła obsługa (z wyjątkiem jednej pani). Gastronomia to najwyższy atut hotelu. Dania prezentują poziom godny renomowanych restauracji, a kunszt szefa kuchni z doświadczeniem Michelin jest widoczny w każdym szczególe. Hotel zachwyca projektem. Użyto wysokiej jakości, kosztownych materiałów, a sam koncept architektoniczny jest bardzo udany. Niestety, jakość wykonania nie dorównuje standardowi projektu – szczególnie w pokojach widoczne są liczne niedociągnięcia:(

Sąsiadująca plaża z hotelem (nie należąca do hotelu), raczej zaniedbana, okolica bez zorganizowanej infrastruktury. Brak dostępu usług fryzjerskich, które deklaruje hotel na stronie internetowej. Jakość prac wykończeniowych, szczególnie w pokojach, nie przystoi standardowi hotelu pięciogwiazdkowego :(

Exceptional hotel
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Serbellas Boutique Hotel. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and offers a truly relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, the facilities are excellent, food is delicious and everything feels fresh and carefully thought out.

What makes this hotel really special, however, is the people. Every member of the staff greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They consistently went out of their way to help, paying attention to the smallest details and doing everything possible to make our vacation amazing

It is rare to find a hotel that combines beautiful facilities with such warm and exceptional service. We'll definitely return

Pros:

Wonderful place to stay for couple days. Very comfortable rooms, clean and cozy, friendly staff, tasty breakfast. The territory is small, but has all the facilities you need. As the advantage of its size there were fewer people which is perfect for us)

Cons:

I would appreciate bigger choice of snacks and drinks in the room.
