Tranquilo e bem-localizado
Pros:

Gostei da praticidade para entrar e sair, o anfitrião foi bem atencioso e claro, já que quando chegamos não havia recepcionista, e conseguimos entrar sem problemas. Fica cerca de dez minutos da estação Arènes, que nos leva rapidamente ao centro. E tem um jardinzinho bem fresco ao fundo do espaço, vi pessoas lendo lá atrás todos os dias!

Cons:

Como fomos numa época muito quente, senti falta de um ar condicionado ou um ventilador um pouco mais potente do que o que tinha lá. E a cozinha poderia ter sal e azeite/óleo, já que são básicos pea cozinha e é difícil de se encontrar em pouca quantidade

Propreté et chambre donnant sur jardin et pas sur la rue

Cons:

Lit collé au mur sous la fenêtre. Atmosphère irrespirable pour cause d absence de climatisation. Un petit ventilateur de bureau était largement insuffisant. Nous ne pouvons rien dire sur le personnel car nous n avons eu affaire qu a des machines. L expérience naoas eteconcluante

La ubicación (cerca del metro, farmacia, hospital, supermercado).
Precio parking muy razonable

Cons:

La cama es horrible (colchoneta de espuma sobre madera)
Climatización muy deficiente: un ventilador y pequeño para pasar la ola de calor. La estancia ha sido insoportable por el calor y hasta nos planteamos abandonar antes.

Cons:

En période de canicule, le ventilateur est insuffisant dans la chambre. C'est climatisé au RDC

Logement qui correspond aux attentes
Pros:

Le personnel est accueillant. Le jeune homme qui a géré mon départ s'est montré très compréhensif quand j'ai eu un petit souci.
Présence d'un petit supermarché à quelques minutes à pied.
Très bon rapport qualité prix pour le logement mais le parking est un peu cher (sur une semaine ça monte vite).

Cons:

Rue étroite, pas de place pour se garer pour checker l'arrivée et récupérer le pass du parking.
Les places du parking souterrain sont étroites.
Indications peu claires pour trouver l'entrée du parking puis les places réservées aux clients de l'hôtel.
