Pros:

The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and offered incredible value for the price. The Sea Point location was perfect, with great restaurants, shops, and the waterfront all within easy reach. We also appreciated the secure building, friendly staff, and relaxing balconies that were perfect for watching the sunset.

Cons:

Needs a bigger dustbin in the kitchen. Shower water goes all over the floor in the bathroom and does not drain. It stayed wet all the time. Could not sit on the toilet without getting your feet\shoes wet.

Hospitality, upon my arrival, staff members warmly welcomed me, they share wonderful expectations.

Cons:

I wish i could visit the place four time per year, even to recruit friends and my own staff members to book, to regular visit and choose Three 43 on B whenever they need accommodation. Nice experience indeed. Wish management could have also surprised me to offer me a free accommodation as i was my birthday month and i celebrated my day at your apartment

Highly recommend
Pros:

Excellent communication prior and during my stay. Staff are professional and extremely helpful. The compact apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious enough if you just want to stay in . Wifi connection was excellent if you work online or just want to stream .

Great location, in walking distance of some great restaurant and has a Greek restaurant next door . Building itself was pretty quiet, you didn't really hear the neighbours. Building is secure and has 24 hour security on duty.

If you are a light sleeper though , request an apartment that was not on the side of the main road , as the noise might keep you up.

Amazing views from the rooftop . All in all this was excellent value for money and would highly recommend staying here.

I honestly, wish I could have stayed longer , it felt like a home away from home .

An amazing stay with outstanding staff, a perfect location, and a clean, safe apartment—I can’t wait to come back!
Pros:

Everything about our stay was amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The apartment was spotless, modern, and well-maintained. The location was perfect, with everything close by, and we felt very safe throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cape Town.

Cons:

Honestly, there wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a fantastic stay.
