Dirty and very run down. Worst hotel ive stayed in aberdeen
Pros:

Bed was comfy

Cons:

Very dirty. I dont think they have a cleaner.
Front entrance clearly hasnt been hoovered in years.
Air conditioning didnt work. Curtains hanging off the rails.
Haasnt been maintained since it opened.
Key card didnt work, even when we went back and he rescanned it.

Location. Helpful reception staff

Cons:

The room had no working air conditioning, even with two fans on, I couldn’t sleep and was constantly sweating. Housingkeeping didn’t service the room, I stayed for three nights so the bins were overflowing and I had to ask for toilet tissue and fresh towels at reception. Room covered in dirty marks and toiletries left in the shower by previous guests. Toilet seat disgusting. Pillowcase had a tear in it. This was a superior room.

Pros:

The beds were comfy , having a lift was great, the staff really friendly and very helpful. The location was good, easy to walk anywhere in town.

Cons:

The rooms were really hot, not being able to open a window meant it was stuffy. There is airconditioning, but they don't work.

Very disappointed with the condition of this hotel. Prices to sell rooms but rooms not suitable to sell.

Room in poor condition. Hole in the wall next to light switch making the switch practically hang off with exposed wires. Several other hole in walls. Furniture damaged with laminate on wardrobe ripped off in places. Furniture dirty. Bathroom poor condition. Generally unkept and in need of some level of basic maintenance

Jedyną dużą zaletą hotelu jest jego lokalizacja – bardzo blisko centrum.

Cons:

The biggest problem from the beginning of our stay was the lack of air conditioning. The room was around 35°C, and it was very difficult to breathe. The window could not be opened, so we had to leave the room door open. The only positive thing was that, after we asked, we were given a second fan.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness was disappointing. There was a lot of dust in the room, the toilet had not been properly cleaned, and we found hair on the bed sheets.
In addition, the room key card did not work throughout our stay. This was very inconvenient because every time we wanted to enter our room, a member of staff had to accompany us to the fourth floor and unlock the door for us.

Run down hotel. Great Staff
Pros:

Extremely friendly and attentive staff

Cons:

No opening window. A fan was provided but room was still far too hot so didn't really sleep well.

Issue with key cards meant staff had to let you into your room.

Hotel is fine but dated. Staff Excellent
