Pros:

Snídaně byla sortimentem i doplňováním prumerna

Cons:

Moc se nám nelíbil design pokoje a potom odložené špinavé nádobí, ručníky apod déle než 24hod. Fleky na kobercích chodeb. Recepcni by se taky mohla alespoň jednou za check in usmát. Měli jsme pocit, ze obtěžujeme.

Pokud jdete na koncert do Letňan, tak je umístění naprosto geniální.

Cons:

Hotel NENÍ klimatizovaný. Pouze prostor recepce má klimatizaci. V hotelové restauraci bylo už v 8 ráno na padnutí, to nemluvím o tom, jaké horko bylo v pokojích, kde není ani ventilátor.

pulizia e insonorizzazione tra le camere. il bagno piccolo ma pulito e moderno. personale disponibile

assenza totale di aria condizionata in camera, la camera molto compatta, il lunedi la colazione era ridotta tantissimo. la scelta era pochissima, per esempio, assenti le marmellate, invece presenti il sabato e domenica. mancavano molte pietanze. niente croissant nella colazione di tutti i giorni

Nejlepší na ubytování byly snídaně a lokalita.

Cons:

Kromě vestibulu nebyla nikde v hotelu klimatizace. Bohužel jsme vychytali nejteplejší víkend v roce kdy i v noci bylo přes 30 stupňů a to stejné bylo i v hotelovém pokoji. Pokoj na úkor ceny velmi malý a v restauraci vcelku předražené menu.

Cons:

Pokoje bez klimatizace- v létě se tam vůbec nedá dýchat. Není k dispozici ani lednička, takže si nemůžete dát chladit ani vodu. Na pokoji není k dispozici televize. Personál opravdu pomalý, nevšímavý, 10 minut jsme čekali, zda si nás v restauraci někdo všimne bohužel musela jsem si jít objednat na bar.

Vkusně vybavená recepce a design společných prostor.

Cons:

Pobyt byl velmi nepříjemný z důvodu vysokých letních teplot a uplné absenci klimatizace a vzduchotechniky nejen na pokojích, ale i v restauraci. Ranní snídaně s propoceným oblečením ve 30 stupních byly opravdu nepříjemné. Pokoje tak malé, že neotevřete palubní kufr jinde než na posteli,kromě jednoho věšáku žádná možnost uložení oblečení, absence TV, bohužel špinavé koberce. Designově pěkné, ale bohužel cena ubytování neodpovídá nabízeným službám a dnešním standardům.

Výborná lokalita u letiště Letňany kde jsme byli na koncertu. Příjemný personál.

Cons:

Bohužel hotel nemá klimatizací ani na pokojích dokonce ani v jídelně, pouze na recepci. Těšila jsem se na snídani, ale bohužel na 4☆ hotel nic moc, fronta na kafe (pouze 1 kavovar). Za cenu 3600,-Kč na noc bych si představovala lepší servis. Také musím zmínit velikost pokoje, cca 13 m2, pro dva tak na vyspání.

Blízko areálu Letiště Letňany. Hezké pokoje s kvalitní kosmetikou. Příjemný personál.

Cons:

Pokoje postrádají klimatizace, takže v horkých dnech se v nich nedá zůstat ani spát.

Dostatočne veľké parkovisko za prijateľnú cenu

Cons:

Dávajte si pozor pri pobyte v lete. Najväčším problémom bolo neznesiteľné teplo v izbe. Hotel nemá klimatizáciu ani funkčnú vzduchotechniku, takže v izbe sa pri vonkajších teplotách okolo 40 °C nedalo vôbec vydržať ani spať. Napriek tomu hotel neposkytol žiadne riešenie – neponúkol ventilátor, vodu, inú izbu ani inú formu pomoci. Situáciu sme riešili na recepcii, kde sa nám síce pán recepčný ospravedlnil, ale povedal, že s tým nevie nič urobiť. Nakoniec sme boli nútení hotel ešte v ten večer opustiť bez prenocovania.

Izba bola navyše veľmi slabo vybavená – chýbala televízia, minibar alebo malá chladnička aj dostatok odkladacieho priestoru.

Negatívnou skúsenosťou bola aj reštaurácia. Personál sa správal milo ale pôsobil chaoticky a viackrát nám priniesol jedlá a nápoje, ktoré sme si vôbec neobjednali.

Die Toilette im Erdgeschoss hat eine Klimaanlage. Wir haben hier nur gebucht, da ein Konzert 6 min zu Fuß entfernt war.

ALLES!!!! DAS SCHLIMMSTE HOTEL!!!

Keine Minibar, kein TV aber das schlimmste..... keine Klimaanlage und dies bei 37 Grad!!

Im Speiseraum keine Klimaanlage, zu heiß!
Im Restaurant haben wir 40 Minuten gewartet um etwas zu trinken zu bestellen. Personal sollte gekündigt werden, es gab nur ein junges blondes Mädchen, sie war bemüht, sonst niemand.

Am Sonntag vormittag gab es einen Feueralarm, niemand bewegte sich, keiner tat was, alles ganz normal. Ich glaube in der Küche ist etwas verbrannt.
Die Kaffeemaschine ging kaputt, keine Möglichkeit auf Cappuccino, der Kellner konnte nicht helfen. Gut, Frühstück bezahlt leider keinen Kaffee mehr bekommen.

Am Weg nach Hause leider bemerkt, dass ich die Kreditkarte im Zimmer vergessen habe. Anruf bei der Rezeption, Karte wurde gefunden. Als ich fragte ob sie mir die Kreditkarte per Post senden würden, da meinte der Angestellte bei der Rezeption.... er weiß es nicht, für das Hotel ist das ein großer Aufwand. Also gut, wir sind umgedreht und führen 45 min retour.

Am der Rezeption angekommen meinte der Angestellte, ja es tut mir leid, wir hätten die Karte per Post senden können.

Dieses Hotel ist eine Zumutung. Wir reisen viel und gerne aber hatten noch nie so ein schlimmes Hotel!!!!!!

Wir haben uns selbst einen Ventilator gekauft, da wir sonst vor Hitze gestorben wären.

Dieses Hotel sollte man schließen. Eine Katastrophe ohne Ende.
