Modern, sauber, gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal, aber verbesserungsfähige Ausstattung
Pros:

Wir hatten 2 Komfortzimmer, wobei das eine sehr klein war. Modern eingerichtet und die Betten waren bequem. Es war alles sauber. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Das Personal war immer freundlich, höflich und lösungsorientiert. Wir waren Ende Juni in Prag, als es 40 Grad hatte, und haben auf Nachfrage Eiswürfel und kaltes Wasser bekommen. Laut Personal sollten die Zimmer in den nächsten 14 Tagen mit Ventilatoren ausgestattet werden. Die Lage des Hotels war für uns perfekt, da wir auf dem Nebengelände zum Konzert waren. Ein Hoteleigener Parkplatz stand zur Verfügung (kostenpflichtig).

Cons:

An diesem Wochenende hatte es 40 Grad, leider gab es keine Klimaanlagen in den Hotelzimmern. Auf Nachfrage bekamen wir aber Eiswürfel und auch kaltes Wasser. Leider hatte ich mir vorab die Ausstattung nicht genauer angeschaut, es gab auch keine Fernseher in den Zimmern, im Bad fehlten Ablagen und Haken. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt, wir waren 3 Nächte da, in Ordnung.

Fair price, great service
Pros:

Very nice service at the restaurant, both dinner and breakfast! Reception was also knowledgeable and informative!

Ich komme wieder
Pros:

Ich war von diesem Hotel begeistert. Die Mitarbeiter waren ausnahmslos sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Vor meinem Aufenthalt hatte ich gelesen, dass das Restaurant teilweise schlecht bewertet wurde. Das kann ich überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Der Service war sehr freundlich und schnell, und das Essen hat hervorragend geschmeckt.
Insgesamt war alles ausgezeichnet. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und kann das Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Pros:

Snidane, ochotny personal, snidane. Byl jsem v hotelu nekolikrat a vzdy velmi spokojen. Ocenil jsem na pokoji zidli na misto taburetu.

Cons:

Na mne měkká postel, ale to je osobni preference
