Pros:

Много приятен и спокоен хотел с чисти, удобни стаи, вежлив персонал, приятни спа възмножности - особено външния басейн и зоната около басейна. Осигурено е всичко необходимо за приятен престой. Не се усеща претоварване на хотела предвид по-малкия капацитет за настаняване, и същевременно голямата външна зона около басейна. Ресторантът и менюто са добри и позволяват да не се налага търсене на външни услуги. Закуската е достатъчна и доста добра. Предвид времето ни прекарано там - перфектно място за кратък престой!

Cons:

Капацитета на помещението за закуска е ограничен и е предпоставка за сериозно струпване и необходимост от изчакване в пиковите моменти. Никакви други забележки.

Pros:

Персоналът е изключително мил и обслужването е на супер ниво, а топлата минерална вода е прекрасна.

Cons:

Миналата година престоят ни беше 10 от 10, но този път има видима промяна.
За съжаление хигиената в басейните изглежда занемарена – фугите са зеленясали и на места дори са тъмночерни.
Храната на закуска и вечеря е на бюфет, но асортиментът е значително по-оскъден спрямо преди.

Водата и хубавото време./незнам дали е заслуга на хотела/

Cons:

Посрещането на рецепцията , в 15.30ч стаята ми не е готова за настаняване и рецепционистката нагло ми заявява ' ми аз какво да направя ' няма извинете няма съжалявам или подобни...
Фугите в неособено чистият басейн са черни и лигави при допир..
Допускат се прекалено много външни хора на басейна, които създават дискомфорт и притесняват гостите на хотела. Също и заемат местата на паркинга.
Цената е прекалено висока за предлаганото качество.
Никога повече няма да бъда гост на хотела.

Чудесен дизайн. Много любезен персонал. Байсейна.

Cons:

Страшна малък ресторант за този размер хотел. Лоша, замразена храна като в супермаркет. Твърде еднаква, безлична закуска. Салатите - сдробени продукти, останали от сутрешна закуска. Приготвените нудели със скариди се сервират с черупките на скаридите. Сока и кафето на бюфета и при посрещане - отвратителни.
Хора, такава инвестиция и скъпо строителство да се похабява с лоща храна е чудовищно. В региона има изобилие от местни рецепти.
