So richtet ein schlechtes Personal ein Hotel zu Grunde. Der erste und letzte Aufenthalt!

Der Spa und Außenbereich

Cons:

Das Personal ist weit davon entfernt einem den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Vor allem Rezeption und Service Kräfte sind unterirdisch schlecht. Unfreundlich, schlecht geschult, faul, schlecht gelaunt und ohne Vorgesetzte die ihnen mit guten Beispiel voran gehen. Der Checkout heute am 23.06. war beispielhaft dafür. Weder ein Danke für den Aufenthalt, noch eine Frage wie es gefallen hat, oder sich zu wünschen dass man wieder kommt, noch eine angenehme Rückreise zu wünschen.
Die Preise sind jenseits von gut und böse 10,23 Euro für schlechte Cocktails in Plastik Gläsern? Ist das euer Ernst?
Das Essen großteils eiskalt, eine Poolbar, deren Angestellte wegen jeder Kleinigkeit ins Hauptgebäude laufen müssen.
Dazu kommen noch Wartezeiten an der Bar von 30 Minuten!!! auf einen Cocktail.
Zuerst keine Gläser da, dann kein Eis, dann fehlt wieder ein Sirup. Alles in allem schlecht organisiert. Aber wenigstens haben die ukrainischen Servicekräfte Arbeit. Das war mit Abstand der schlechteste Aufenthalt in einem Hotel in Bulgarien bisher...und das sagt alles! Bitte meiden sie das Hotel wenn sie sich erholen wollen. Eine ehrliche Bewertung meinerseits.

Приятен и чист хотел
Pros:

Хотела е приятен, с добро обзавежда, чист и добре поддържан.
Басейна е достатъчно голям и чист.
Има приятна и добре поддържана градина.
Места за паркиране пред хотела.

Cons:

Двойната супериорна стая е доста тясна.
Климатизацията беше централно настроена на 18 градуса. Когато работи климатика става много студено, а когато е спрян, става топло.

Beautiful new hotel, clean rooms and wonderful mountain views from the higher floors. Good breakfast. Nice and clean outdoor pools with warm mineral water (with several different temperature zones), enough space and sun loungers by the pools.
