Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the entire property was well maintained. The mineral water pools and spa were excellent, with clean water and a relaxing atmosphere. Everything was organized, peaceful, and enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Хубав хотел. Всичко е ново, чисто, персонала е приветлив и услужлив.

Cons:

Настаняването в хотела е от 15 часа. Пристигайки в 15:05 ни казаха да изчакаме, защото стаята ни не е готова. Чакахме до 16 часа не по наша вина. Смятам, че в такива случаи могат да направят чакането малко по-приятно ако предложат на чакащите кафе и напитки.
Освен това в ресторанта цените на всички алкохолни и безалкохолни напитки са прекалено високи.

Pros:

Naše stálice v Banje, byli jsme už potřetí a opět k plné spokojenosti. Přes plný hotel dostatek místa na lehátkách kolem bazénu. Velmi čisté pokoje, uspořádání třílůžkového pokoje a velký rohový balkon. Kousek do centra obce, s plným vybavením a výborně snídaně.

Není co vytknout.
