Pros:

Amazing new hotel in Kyoto. Very clean and spacious bathroom, beautifully furnished room, staff is very helpful. Room size was great, we had more than enough space for our luggage. Would come back anytime.

Cons:

I really liked everything, but the only thing that would be appreciated is a chair in the room; there was no place to sit aside from the bed. But this seems to be a usual thing in Japan...

Новый, чистый, красивый отель в удобной локации: рядом несколько кафе, где можно позавтракать, а также в пешей доступности много разных магазинов.
Очень приветливый персонал.
Удобная кровать.

Cons:

Расстроили непрозрачные окна, отсутствие нормального места для хранения одежды (в номере только настенная вешалка), также катастрофически не хватает крючков для полотенец: в зоне санузла есть только один.

Great location, comfy bed. Had a perfect stay.
Pros:

Great location: near the metro line, nice restaurants and coffee bars. The bed was super comfy and the room is spacious and very cozy.

Good but missing attention to detail for a 4 star hotel
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable and convenient location. We walked to alot of places in Kyoto instead of taking public transport. The staff are also very gentle and approachable thank you.

Cons:

The blinds or curtains need to be longer so that it will completely blockout the streetlights at night and the early morning sunlight. There should be a shoe horn and a luggage rack in the room for convenience especially if you are considered a 4 star hotel there needs to be more attention to detail. Also there could be more hooks in bathroom and the hooks in bedroom provided should be a little bit more practical. Its hard to say how I feel, because on one hand we felt comfortable enough since it was very clean and felt new but there were things that were missing which werent missing in other hotels we stayed at and even in airbnbs or 3 star hotels provided.

excelente escolha de hotel e localizção
Pros:

excelente localização, staff sempre receptivo e muito solícito em tudo. Máquina de café e chá 24h disponível no lobby é excelente, máquina de lavar nos andares é um plus que nos ajudou muito.

Cons:

A janela do quarto é fosca e não abre, não permitindo ver o clima fora ou a rua.

Great hotel with all the amenities we needed. It was comfortable, good value for money, and the room was more spacious than expected. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Overall, the hotel was good and we had a comfortable stay. As it is quite new, some taxi drivers may need a little more time to locate the exact site, but this did not cause any major inconvenience. Nothing significant to dislike.
