Avoid this hotel because of nonexistent customer support along with an abundance of bad reviews. Save your money and go

Unfortunately seeing lots of negative reviews about the extremely poor condition of the rooms and hotel after we had already made a booking (especially with damp and mould) I tried to contact them for a cancellation as I have asthma and physical health issues which meant I sadly couldn’t risk staying here. The hotel however never responded to any of my communications and I even contacted booking.com customer support who then tried to contact the hotel regarding the circumstances of my situation yet they never responded to that either.

Pros:

Very central to everything , walked to most things, 7-11 a 6 min walk away. Pool is very cold which is just what you want on a hot day, staff were so so friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The air conditioning in our room wasn’t very cold, even on the coldest setting. Was still comfortable enough but would have preferred it slightly colder

agradable estancia en el centro de Chiang Mai
Pros:

La ubicación es casi perfecta. Tiene piscina para poder refrescarte y es una zona tranquila de Chiang Mai. Tiene nevera que eso siempre se agradece por el calor que hace en Tailandia

Cons:

El hotel necesita renovar algunas cosas de las habitaciones como puertas y mobiliario. La piscina estaba bien pero quizá debería estar más limpia

Comfortable, great staff, and great location!
Pros:

The location was perfect, everything was within walking distance, and it was easy to get a tuk-tuk for longer distances. The rooms were comfortable, but could use some TLC... some of the outlets were so loose they were unusable, and there were cracks in the door.

Super Hotel und sehr ruhig gelegen
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen und der Pool dient gut zur Erfrischung. Das Personal ist freundlich.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas klein. Für Alleinreisende aber völlig okay
