Relax y dentro de nuestra ciudad

La atención de Carolina marcó la diferencia! Muy atenta y bien predispuesta.

Cons:

El mantenimiento. Nos tocó una habitación en donde el aire acondicionado no funcionaba para calefaccionar, le solicitamos asistencia a Pablo y no ofreció ninguna alternativa. Al día siguiente Carolina supo que pasábamos frío en la habitación y enseguida ofreció un cambio de habitación o una estufa eléctrica adicional. Gracias a ella nuestra estadía mejoró ampliamente.

Decepcionada, sobre todo porque era una invitación para una amiga del exterior. Nos hizo quedar mal

Se promociona como un hotel de diseño de 4 estrellas pero la recepción cierra a las 11, apenas está iluminado y no tiene restaurante. Reservé una habitación con vista al mar y en realidad miraba hacia el costado

De turista en la capital
Pros:

La atención del personal muy buena y cálida. La habitación es amplia, con buena vista e iluminación exterior. También cuenta con cortinas blackout para que a la noche no pasa nada. En la habitación te dejan 2 vasos y tazas con cafe y te de cortesía pero igualmente si necesitas algo más lo pides en recepción. El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfecto. El desayuno tal cual lo esperabamos. Autonomía para el ingreso y egreso al hotel.

Cons:

La bañera de hidromasaje es para una persona. La ducha es poco potente y el agua no salía muy caliente, lo justo y necesario. La limpieza de la cama, cuestionable, nos encontramos con resto de comida entre la sabana superior y el acolchado. Las paredes permitían el paso de ruido de las otras habitaciones
