Only good think it’s location to train station

Cons:

1. They charged you more than expected for the city tax
2. The ac doesn’t work correctly
3. The walls are full of stains
4. Hot water takes a while to come

Good for travellers who need a hotel for one night
Pros:

The room was clean and had A/C (really hot weather in Milan) so in that sense it was a good place to stay for one night.

Cons:

The hotel had a very strange system to enter the building from the street. There was no code, no key given to us so we had to call someone to open the main door remotely. We even had to call this person in the middle of the night when we came back from a restaurant!

Pros:

Wifi was great. Get the feeling that the rooms were recently updated. Each room had their own water heater and the place was very clean.

Pros:

Situado muy cerca de la estación central, muy cómodo para trayectos al aeropuerto, metro, etc. incluso andando en media hora al Duomo
Personal muy amable, nos cancelaron el vuelo de vuelta y nos extendieron la hora de check-in y nos guardaron las maletas
Habitación y baño con todo lo necesario para pasar un par de días en Milán

Fantastic! Great location, close to Milano Centrale Station and many wonderful restaurants.
Pros:

Our check-in was great and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Our stay was very pleasesant and we would definitely stay there again and recommend to others. We weren't keen on the way to enter building with codes etc but understand it is best for them.

Entry process into the building but not a bid deal.

Дуже привітний персонал, хороша комунікація. Номер комфортний та просторий, зручне розташування недалеко від вокзалу, поруч багато кафе, можна пішки прогулятись до центру (30-40 хв)
