Troppe sorprese, non tutte piacevoli

La posizione (molto vicina alla stazione centrale), la pulizia della stanza

Cons:

Alcuni giorni prima del soggiorno, ho contattato via whatsapp il numero di cellulare ricevuto tramite messaggio privato su Booking per comunicare l’ora esatta del check-in. Mi è stato subito chiesto il pagamento della stanza da effettuare anticipatamente tramite link inviato via e-mail. Nelle condizioni esposte su Booking era invece specificato che il pagamento sarebbe avvenuto all’arrivo in struttura. Anche il check-in è avvenuto online tramite un link che indirizzava ad un sito web dove veniva chiesto di caricare le foto dei documenti di tutti gli ospiti. Si è poi ricevuto un link con le istruzioni per aprire autonomamente il cancello di ingresso allo stabile, una volta giunti sul posto. L’ascensore non era disponibile perché trattenuto al settimo piano. Infatti, si tratta di un edificio con diversi appartamenti non tutti facenti parte della struttura ospitante. Saliti al primo piano dove avremmo trovato l’appartamento a noi destinato, abbiamo dovuto effettuare una telefonata a cui risponde una voce femminile che non si è presentata ma che ha gentilmente aperto il portoncino di ingresso e ci ha diretti verso la stanza assegnata, la cui porta è stata sbloccata da remoto. Ritengo che l’iter per fruire del servizio sia un po’ troppo macchinoso e che questo debba essere almeno chiarito nelle condizioni di prenotazione. Tuttavia, sarebbe opportuna l’accoglienza effettuata dal personale presente e non al telefono, considerando il prezzo che viene richiesto per l’utilizzo della struttura

Pros:

Localização muito boa. Quarto espaçoso e banheiro muito bom e novo.

Cons:

A entrada no prédio precisa ser melhor explicada para o primeiro acesso, pois não tem ninguém na portaria, e fiquei meio perdido na chegada. Mas depois a funcionária explicou tudo direitinho.

Great location. Friendly staff. A little difficult to find, though.

Cons:

The lock of the door was broken. They fixed it after I arrived. A dog was running like crazy in the room above me. The sound was very easy to be heard. The room was close to the entrance so a lot of noise as people walk in and out. The bell ringed multiple times.

A perfect clean room i central Milan
Pros:

Stayed one night since we came in by train late and just wanted to spend a day in Milan before going to Piemonte. Very close to the train station and easy to access. Friendly and helpful staff who responded in WhatsApp within just a couple of minutes. Clean and spacious room! We have nothing to complain about and would stay here again. 10/10!

Cons:

The hidden charge of extra tourist tax which was not mentioned while booking. They displayed less tourist tax to make the property affordable but ended up charging extra upon arrival. They and Booking.com did not help out. The green light in the room was disturbing, the light bulbs were not working, you could hear a party from the next door neighbour

A modern convenient hotel near the train station. Perfect for business stay.
Pros:

The facilities were modern and new. We liked the style a lot. The room was clean and tidy. We were arriving late, however, the communication for the late check-in was smooth and had a good support.

Cons:

Everything was remotely managed and throughout our stay, I didn't meet any staff, which we missed for our trip. Some details of the facilities were not perfect such as a few light bulb wasn't working properly and some cabling was not covered properly. There was also no option to leave our luggage after check-out.
