Very nice hotel with an excellent location. Public transportation, shops, and tourist attractions were all nearby. The breakfast was very good, the rooms were clean, and the staff were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The only small issue was that sometimes in the morning there was a little noise from the housekeeping staff while cleaning. However, it was not a major problem and did not affect my stay.

Daca ar fi sa vizitam iar Istanbul cu siguranta as evita aceasta locație. Mi se par foarte neseriosi sa iti anuleze reze

Rezervasem o camera la locatia asta, cu plata la locatie cand ajungem. Ne-am pornit seara din Romania cu masina si am condus toata noaptea ca pe la amiaza sa ajungem. Cand de fapt, sa vedem dimineata cand aproape ajungeam in Istanbul ca proprietarul ne-a trimis mesaj pe whatsapp in seara dinainte sa ajungem, prin care ne spunea ca rezervarea a fost anulata si ca sa ne cautam alta cazare (noi rezervasem cu vreo luna inainte), pe motiv ca nu au putut valida metoda de plata.

Cand am intrat pe aplicatia Booking, rezervarea nu fusese anulata, iar din acest motiv am actualizat metoda de plata si am facut plata in avans imediat cum am vazut mesajul proprietarului.

Dupa multe mesaje prin care i-am adus la cunostinta proprietarului ca nu se face asa, ei ne-au propus sa ne cazeze la un alt hotel din apropiere, proprietarii find prieteni intre ei.
