L'emplacement idéal au cœur de la vieille ville et des monuments importants. L'accueil très chaleureux et la qualité de la rénovation de ce bâtiment pourtant ancien. La grande propreté. Et pour les amateurs.es, les boutiques et restaurants au pied de l'établissement...

Cons:

Pour nous tout était parfait. Peut-être que des personnes à mobilité réduites rencontreraient des problèmes pour accéder.

Très bon séjour à l’hôtel Henri IV. Chambre de bonne qualité, propre et confortable. L’accueil a été très chaleureux, le personnel est agréable et à l’écoute. L’hôtel est également très bien situé, ce qui est pratique pour se déplacer et visiter les alentours. Je recommande !

Good location, but uncomfy bed

Good location, very central to see all the sights & was a 5 minute walk to the bus stop to get back to the airport.

Cons:

There is only stair access to all the bedrooms (no lift) & we were on the top floor so had over 75 steps to climb. Highlighting this for anyone who may have mobility issues.
The bed was also quite a firm/ hard mattress which was uncomfortable & caused my partner to have upper back pain. There was also a bad smell from the bathroom when we checked in & at other times when we returned after being out all day (a stale water smell).
We also had to check out early on our last day due to our flight departure time. I messaged the hotel on booking.com and through their WhatsApp to ask where to leave the key, and then to let them know we had left the key, however 3 days later we still have no reply from them.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel, idéal pour un séjour court.
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal et très central. L'accueil est chaleureux et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. La chambre spacieuse pour 3 personnes (2 adultes + 1 enfant).

Cons:

La salle de bain est peu équipée et très spartiate (pas de rangement ni d'étagère, pas d'assise), il n'y a pas de chauffage dans la pièce. Les produits de bain sont à l'unité et en plastique (peu écologique). La douche mériterait une paroie plutôt qu'un rideau ainsi qu'un système de fixation de la douchette.
Le logement, situé au 3e est accessible uniquement par escalier.
