Lovely hotel perfect for my needs
Pros:

The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed during my short stay. Staff were friendly and welcoming, but I was able to come and go as I pleased. The central location was perfect, as I could pop back to the room at any time, without going too far out of my way. I will definitely be looking at this hotel again on a return visit.

Cons:

I liked it all.
There were some stairs to climb, because it's an old French building. They wouldn't be a problem to most people. There's no A/C but there was a fan and the room was more than comfortable with this.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt, 100 m vom Hafen, mitten im historischen Zentrum.
Leider waren die Möglichkeiten, das Auto zu parken, sehr umständlich. Beim Frühstück war das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis unangemessen.
Nachts war es sehr laut.

The hotel is right in the historic center, and the room was very clean. I enjoyed the view of the pedestrian street from my window.

Cons:

I stayed in a budget room on the top floor — I didn’t have heavy luggage, but it would have been hard to get to with a suitcase. I didn’t see any reception staff until my departure, and it was a little creepy to not encounter anyone in the hotel. Especially because there’s a very loud knocking noise at night — probably from water pipes?

Ich komme auf alle Fälle noch mal nach La Rochelle, aber such mir vorher ein Hotel in ruhiger Lage.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut man erreicht alles gut zu Fuß, dass Frühstück ist ausreichend.

Cons:

Es gibt in den Zimmern keine Klimaanlage und das Geräuschniveau ist bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr hoch und wird vor 2 Uhr Nachts nicht weniger.

Tolles zentral gelegenes Hotel, sofort wieder
Pros:

Zimmer tadellos, Frühstücksraum sehr schön. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage top, mitten in der Stadt.

The hotel is in a fantastic location and very central. The host was extremely helpful with my questions.

Cons:

It was a struggle to walk up 4 flights of stairs in 38 degree heat so if you have mobility issues its worth ensuring you are on a lower level
