Not really a 5star hotel experience, needs renovation but the staff was very nice

The location is excellent and the staff was helpful and polite

Cons:

There was nobody at the pool to help with the facilities; they didn’t have a cleaning/ironing service; bathrobes were old and the hotel definitely needs renovation
