Pros:

Мне очень понравилось пребывание. Отличный отель, прекрасный сервис и очень доброжелательный персонал.
Я прилетела ранним утром и была в отеле уже около 9:00. В тот день на ресепшн меня встретил Sabri — очень приветливый, внимательный и профессиональный сотрудник. Огромное спасибо ему за раннее заселение и подробные объяснения по всем вопросам.
Отдельно хочу отметить хорошие завтраки. Особенно мне полюбились крепсы со сгущёнкой — сгущёнку я просила отдельно, и мне всегда шли навстречу, что было очень приятно.
Бассейн тоже отличный, атмосфера очень комфортная. Единственный небольшой момент: у бассейна на баре работал один сотрудник, и было видно, что он очень старается, но физически не всегда успевал обслуживать всех гостей достаточно быстро. Возможно, в часы высокой загрузки было бы хорошо усилить команду.
При выселении меня провожала Nazik — невероятно милая и приятная девушка. Спасибо ей за тёплое отношение.
В целом у меня остались самые хорошие впечатления. С удовольствием вернусь к вам в июле 🤝

Lovely holidays in a buzzing area
Pros:

The room is a good size. The beddding is divine. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The room could be cleaned better. there were crumbs next to the wastebasket, and cofee spill spots on the floor and the counter. The rest of the room was spotless.

Tellement décevant pour un Sofitel…
Pros:

Seule la localisation est un bon point

Cons:

Aucun service est à la hauteur de la marque Sofitel, à fuir!!
La cuisine est immonde, le personnel condescendant mais malheureusement avec rien pour l’être!
Ils mendient les avis 5 étoiles en nous forçant avec une plaque NFC à les mettre devant eux, je n’avais jamais vu ça! Je n’y retournerai jamais…
