Heel fijn
Pros:

Heel smaakvol ingericht. We sliepen in kamer Victoria, geen uitzicht op straat maar wel heerlijk rustig.
Koffie, thee en water aanwezig ondanks dat het hotel geen receptie heeft.

装修审美非常好，房间内的配色和一些小设计都很优雅，包括大堂

Cons:

-1层有部分房间是没有可以打开的窗户的，我非常建议这个在预定的时候强调以便让客人知道；以及如果约定好了客房打扫时间是11:00-16:00，请工作人员按时打扫，否则回酒店以后才来打扫也会让人有点尴尬

Pros:

The inside of the hotel had been recently renovated, everything was new and tastefully designed. Even though there was no staff on-site, the whole process worked smoothly and easily. The bed, pillows, sheets, and towels were all clean. The room was very spacious. Transportation requires about an 8–9 minute walk from the tram stop.

Disappointing

The hall and room are nicely decorated and clean

Cons:

The customer service and problem solving approach. The property is nice but in order to enjoy it you need to have access to it and that was the problem. The code I was given to enter my room didn’t work when we wanted to get in, was almost 11pm and it took them 2 hours to solved the problem but not because of the magnitude of the problem just that we only got an answer and solution almost at 1am, not to say that we tried via WhatsApp first but immediately after using the “emergency number” because we didn’t get any reaction via WhatsApp. When using the emergency number they provided in the guide book the lady there was nice, kind and patient but she had no “tools” to solve the problem nothing she can do but to send messages, probably to same number we were trying via WhatsApp, but nothing else no way for her to reset the code, to reach someone to be send directly to the property to solve the problem, she cannot even call you back to let you know what is the status situation so you have to keep calling back to know what is going to happen. As she couldn’t offer any solution and we couldn’t enter the room and with no place to sleep and no solution offer by any person from the staff, completely ghosted in WhatsApp we started looking for another place to stay knowing that was going to be almost impossible as there was a major event in the city and already weeks in advance was hard to find places, so after calling 10 different hotels looking for a place where to stay the only solutions were 2 hotels with price for one night of around 700€ which was way too much for our budget.

Excellent rooms which were clean and well equipped. Very easy check in process and some thoughtful additions in the room. Nice location near Leith. Would recommend.
