Parfait pour des courts séjours de par l’emplacement de l’hotel. Personnel au top !

l’emplacement proche du métro et des bus, près aussi des zones festives ainsi que du vieux port

Cons:

la literie peut être + confortable et la chambre manquait d’un mini frigo au moins

great spot for our short stay!
Pros:

Location was great with connections to the metro right outside. The room was nice with comfortable beds. The staff were very accomodating.

Hotel classique, rien de spécial.

Cons:

Je suis resté enfermé à l’extérieur de l’hôtel pendant 20 minutes, à 2 heures du matin, car le réceptionniste n’était pas à son poste. La situation est d’autant plus problématique qu’aucun badge ni code d’accès n’est fourni aux clients, au motif qu’un réceptionniste est censé être présent.

C’est finalement un autre client qui a réussi à ouvrir la porte coulissante de force. Sans son intervention, nous aurions probablement pu rester bloqué dehors bien plus longtemps.

Le lendemain, lorsque j’ai signalé le problème, mes remarques ont immédiatement été minimisées, sans la moindre remise en question. Une gestion très décevante de la situation.

Pros:

Posizione buona, molto vicina alla metro e ai tram. Si può raggiungere a piedi con una discreta passeggiata, la Chappelle de la Charite e il quartiere De le Panier.

Cons:

Bagno non molto pulito, water e lavabo poco funzionanti. Bisognava riempire il secchio e versare l' acqua manualmente , per accertarsi un buon riciclo di acqua pulita. Niente asciugacapelli, niente sacchetti per i rifiuti, abbiamo dovuto comprarli.
