too little time for rest

Не понравилось отношение персонала. Мой байк постоянно переставляли на другое место, хотя предварительно персонал сам указал что я могу ставить байк возле входа на виллу. Но самое интересное что байк переставлял какой то житель. Я многократно писала просьбы не трогать мой байк, потому что я ставила его так, чтобы я могла его потом взять и выехать. Он никому не мешал, но этот плохой и видимо не очень адекватный человек, все время переставлял мой байк и на мое место ставил свой.

В принципе не понятно для чего это делалось, ведь места хватало и ему (раз хватало сил передвигать мой байк) нормально и удобно было выезжать. Чтобы у него кое что отсохло, очевидно что это мужчина. А персонал на это закрывал глаза и еще и смеялся над тем что я возмущаюсь. Это крайне не клиентоориентированно. Только из-за этой противной хихикающей дамы не хочу возвращаться в это место.
Дорога очень плохая к комплексу, не просто плохая, а даже опасная, без асфальта и там высокий подъем.
Если не уверенно ездите на байке лучше сюда не ехать особенно девочкам.

А ну и еще. Когда я заехала, персонал завел меня в грязный номер. Вернее там ванная комната была грязной. В душе прямо на полу грязь и остатки «помывки» предыдущих жителей. Более того, слив видимо был забит и все это не смывалось совсем. Мне приходилось вечером вызвать стаф чтобы почистили. Пришли почистили но плохо. Когда я пошла в душ, все разлилось по всей ванной и вышло в комнату. Пришлось в той раз просить чтобы прочистили.

There are a few restaurant options nearby that I can reach on foot. But I'm not bothered because it's very easy to order food through gojek or Grab. A little advice if you have trouble ordering, you can use the address of the complex next to the white residence

Nothing I liked everything

Zwembad water was heel koud, ja, luxe probleem. Ik vond het een fijn verblijf maar zou voor dat geld niet persee een privé zwembad hoeven, dan is het fijner als je een goedkopere kamer hebt bij het zwembad. En het is best ver van alles af, je kan beter dichterbij verblijven.

Upon arrival, a photo was taken of the sunbed, which was covered in moss. However, no action was taken to resolve this issue, and the sunbed was never replaced during our stay.

Additionally, the swimming pool appeared green, and it was clear that the filtration system was not running. Only after I personally asked a staff member to turn it on did the water begin to improve.

The downstairs toilet was clogged upon our arrival. This is something that should have been checked and resolved before guests check in. Instead, for the entire duration of our stay—approximately four hours—plumbers were working on the ground floor. We are on vacation to relax, whether inside the property or outside, and this situation significantly limited our comfort and freedom. There was a constant presence of workers in the house, which made us feel uncomfortable. My wife was even unable to go downstairs due to this situation.

To make matters worse, the sunbed was still not replaced afterward.

As a final issue, there were extremely loud guests in two neighboring houses. They were shouting and partying loudly until 7:00 AM, making it impossible for us to rest.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I must insist on appropriate compensation for our stay. We effectively lost an entire day due to the issues with the clogged toilet and the constant presence of workers. Unfortunately, I see no alternative but to leave a detailed review of this experience on Booking.com.

I would strongly advise your team to pay much closer attention to details. Basic issues such as a clogged toilet should never be discovered or resolved in the presence of guests. These matters must be handled prior to check-in.

Additionally, I recommend installing towel racks in the bathrooms so that guests can properly dry their hands and hang small towels.

Given the circumstances, I expect compensation for our stay.
