Hotel good but a pity there's no elevator
Pros:

Comfortable bed, really quiet at night, hot water, clean. Good location.

Cons:

NO elevator and 4 floors!
Only 1 lady (from Ukraine) speaks English and is very helpful, barely any communication possible with the rest of the staff.
Breakfast : a wide choice but no bread!

Отдельное спасибо что позволили моим друзьям которые улетали поздно вечером оставить свои вещи.

Pros:

靠近景点，在格鲁吉亚之母雕像处，可以俯瞰第比利斯城市。离自由广场也近。早餐可以，虽然种类不多。

Cons:

酒店没有电梯，另外酒店坐落山坡处，对于年龄大的人，行动不便。

Pros:

Плюсы: Местоположение отеля отличное, очень близко к Старому городу. Понравился персонал — дружелюбные, готовые во всем помочь 🙏 Чистое постельное белье, полотенца, зубные щётки, гель для душа, мыло, фен — все было в наличии.

Cons:

Минусы: 1)Отсутствие лейки в санузле, что доставляло дискомфорт.
2) Большой минус — организация завтраков (проходят с 08:00 до 11:00). Завтрак за всё время проживания у нас был всего один раз, и мы остались им, мягко говоря, расстроены. Пришли к 10:00 утра, но почти все контейнеры были пустыми, еду больше не докладывали. Гости, пришедшие раньше нас (к 09:00), также высказали свое недовольство по этому поводу. В качестве рекомендации отелю следует пересмотреть организацию завтраков: еда на шведском столе должна регулярно восполняться и оставаться горячей на протяжении всего заявленного времени.

Excellent location and convenient parking
Pros:

The location is definitely one of the biggest advantages of ZP Hotel. It is right in the heart of Tbilisi’s Old Town, making it very convenient to explore the city on foot. Another big plus for us was the secured parking, especially since we were travelling by car.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, which made our stay comfortable.

If you book here, I would definitely recommend choosing a room with a balcony — those rooms are the best and make the stay much more enjoyable.

Overall, a good choice if you want a central location, parking and friendly service.

Cons:

One downside was the bathroom. Unfortunately, there was a noticeable smell coming from the sewage system, which made the bathroom less pleasant to use.
