very nice stay
Pros:

it was very clean and had a convenient location walkable to the bus/train station and to the central areas of town. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, nice shower and air conditioning. staff were extremely helpful and friendly. in addition to everything advertised there were nice touches like umbrellas to lend guests and luggage storage. the laundry was good and easy to use and it let you see if a machine was free from your room.

Cons:

the only very small thing was common to a lot of hotels but there was not really a space in the room besides the floor to open up your suitcase and there wasn’t a place to hang up more than a couple clothing items.

מלון מעולה צוות מצויין ממש עוזרים נחמדים וחייכנים! המלון חדש נקי והחדר גדול ומרווח ביחס ליפן!
אונסן אינפינטי מדהים נהננו ממש. יש מכונות כביסה ממש נוחות הכל נגיש ומיקום מעולה נוח וקרוב לתחנת אוטובוס ואפשר משם לצאת למסלולים באלפים בקלות!

אם היה חדר כושר היה משדרג את החוויה בכמה רמות !

Nice comfortable stay
Pros:

It’s near the train station and bus terminal, within walking distance to the city centre. The room was rather spacious and hotel staff were helpful. We could check out the status of our laundry through the TV which was quite cool

Lo elegiría sin dudar
Pros:

Me gustó todo, la habitación era bastante grande,las camas súper confortables, el onsen tenía sauna y había uno mixto aparte del de hombres y mujeres, también tiene sauna, la verdad que es un disfrute total. El personal súper amable, la ubicación muy buena al lado de la estación de tren y autobuses. El desayuno muy completo, pero con poca fruta. En general es un hotel excelente.

Todo me gustó.

Habitación amplia y limpia. Las camas eran muy cómodas y el baño dividido entre ducha y water. Las instalaciones del hotel están muy bien. Cerca de la estación de trenes.

Vicino alla stazione e a 10/15 minuti di cammino da qualsiasi attrazione.

Cons:

Per ragioni di privacy, le finestre dell'onsen delle donne sono state oscurate. Sarebbe più bello poter vedere la città come negli altri spazi.
