Ładny apartament, świetna lokalizacja, polecam.
Pros:

Bardzo ładnie urządzony apartament, byliśmy tam tylko na jedną noc, ale jest tam wszystko co potrzebne na dłuższy pobyt. Świetna lokalizacja, spacerkiem na Stare Miasto, niedaleko sklep. Polecam i też zamierzamy kiedyś jeszcze skorzystać na dłuższy pobyt.

Cons:

Niejasna instrukcja pozostawienia kluczy, co spowodowało niepotrzebne zamieszanie.

super Wohngegend, Parken konnten wir auf einer unbebauten Parzelle direkt daneben, sowohl die Wohnung als auch die Wohnanlage waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. kurzer spaziergang in die stadt. würden auf alle fälle wieder buchen

Cons:

Trudność przy zdalnym zameldowaniu. Na mój telefon do obsługi usłyszałem wiele przykrych słów zamiast pomocy. Widok na plac budowy i pijaków przesiadujących na ławce.

Moja odpowiedź na wasze tłumaczenie mojego komentarza: jak mogliście odsłuchać moją rozmowę z waszą pracownicą jak nigdy nie wyraziłem zgody na jej nagrywanie ?. Rozmowy były dwie. Pierwsza zgodna z moim komentarzem. Druga pani która do mnie zadzwoniła po pierwszym telefonie próbowała załagodzić sytuację. Pierwszą rozmowę w połowie po uprzedzeniu zacząłem nagrywać. Wymienimy się nagraniami ?
Napiszcie też zgodnie z prawdą że za oknem jest regularna budowa a nie rozwój okolicy.

Disapointment
Pros:

The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the sheets and towels were clean. Location - great.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing.

There was no way to contact anyone after 8:00 p.m. When I went to bed on my first night, I discovered that the bed had already been broken, as if it had been damaged by a previous guest and left unrepaired. As a result, I had no choice but to sleep on the floor.

The following day, I had to change my plans and wait at the hotel to be moved to another room, which was extremely inconvenient.

The only solutions offered were to move to a different room or check out early and receive a refund for one night. That made no sense, as I had already booked and paid for activities for the next three days. I expected much better customer care and service in this situation.

The shower was also a serious safety concern. The water temperature was extremely unstable. Even when set to warm, it would stay warm for only a few seconds before suddenly turning very hot and then cold again. My son burned his shoulders because of the sudden change in temperature.

Overall, the customer service was poor, and the way these issues were handled was unacceptable.
