A bit of a disaster
Pros:

Difficult access as codes were sent late and there was no instruction to press the * before entering the room.
When we arrived our room was occupied! Somehow their code worked on the apartment we had booked.
As they had already used the beds and bathroom and were cooking a meal, we took the apartment next door which was meant to be theirs.
We emailed Maya and explained the problem. They promised to reimburse us. They also assured us that the codes would be valid in the apartment we were in.
We had a fabulous day in Oslo but on our return at 20h00 we were locked out as no codes worked.
We had to call and thankfully there was an emergency response and eventually new codes. It was very distressing and put a dampener on our whole day.
The apartment was however was spotless and spacious and had everything that we needed.

Forholdsvis moderne og fin leilighet og grei beliggenhet, med trikk rett ved leilighet

Cons:

Var ikke tilrettelagt for å få henge opp og klær . Kunne vert bord og ett par stoler på verandaen.

Pros:

A spacious apartment on the 6th floor with lots of windows and a huge balcony. Views of the city and ski tower of Holmenkollen.
Great lightning over the bed and in the spacious bathroom. Bathroom had enough space to put your utensils. Nice shower. Good washing machine. Good kitchen.

Cons:

The bed, though comfortable, was only a very small one (room enough for a full size easily available).
Check-in was a bit complicated with its own website.
Instructions could have been clearer as the 4626 apartment was on the 6th, not 4th floor.
Location was great (quiet at night on the courtyard side) if you are ok with walking half an hour to downtown/busterminal, etc. You can go through the Botanical Garden though on your way. The Grünerlokka neighborhood in the back streets is beautiful to walk through.
Though supermarket is next door, nice cafés and restaurants are at least 15 minutes of a walk away.
Tram is available within a couple of minutes.
A chair on/for the balcony would have been nice, some paperless for the kitchen, and detergent for the washing machine.
With a bigger bed, I'd even rate it a 10!

Ottimo
Pros:

Ottimo soggiorno, comodo per raggiungere il centro città. Ampia appartamento con una camera affacciata sulla strada principale dove passano i tram ma si riesce a dormire tranquillamente.

Spazi comuni un po’ sporchi
