warning absolute nightmare hotel
Pros:

not really anything to be honest unfortunately they lived up to all the bad reviews I read

Cons:

room not clean, somebody tried coming in room a few times, only one hand towel, no shower curtain bought and left brand new shower curtain, never saw housekeeping in a 3day visit, room smelt like sewage backed up, did not receive deposit back even though we left room cleaner than when we checked in! there was no reason for them to keep deposit at all $100 is alot to keep for such a low rent ghetto room i could have stayed in a five star hotel same or less cost than this nightmare this hotel should not even be on booking.com at all let alone be charging the prices they are they should be ashamed they are nothing but criminals robbing people every chance they get

Our stay could have been real nice but the pool was nasty. I would not recommend for others to stay at your property.
Pros:

Pool has not been cleaned or even chemical treated. Didn’t want to swim at all.

Cons:

Grounds could be cleaned better dirty.

Lock into room was extremely difficult to open with key. Needs replacing.

The phone did not work in the room.

Toilet float needs replacing.

Room air was not 100% room was hot.

No one around to report as office was closed.

No drop box for key so put through front door crack and dropped on lobby floor.

Bed was comfortable.

tiene un olor cuando entras al lobby y más a los cuartos y son medio mamones aparte dijieron q te regresan el depósito ya eh pasado 2 semanas y nada muy mala información

We had issues with the AC and TV. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive.
Pros:

The inside of the room was great, the outside not so great.
