El apartamento está prácticamente nuevo y bastante cuidado, además de muy limpio.
Las camas son increíblemente cómodas y las estancias estaban refrigeradas.

Cons:

Como punto de mejora, podrían articular algún procedimiento para realizar el check in/out desde el propio apartamento, sin tener que desplazarte al Hotel al que está asociado el apartamento.
Delegan en los huéspedes, la obligación de realizar un inventario de en enseres y utensilios, tanto a la entrada como a la salida. Consideramos que es una labor que debería hacer el personal del alojamiento.

O locatie foarte linistita, retrasa, cu o privire panoramica incredibila
Pros:

Locatia este intr-un mic sat pitoresc, situat pe un deal de unde ai o privire panoramica asupra vaii Rinului si asupra orasului Colmar si al superbului sat Eguisheim (se afla la 3 km de locatie). Este o zona foarte linistita, inconjurata de vita de vie, oriunde te uiti. E perfect pentru a petrece cateva zile sa iti incarci bateriile si sa degusti din vinul alsacian (noi am stat o saptamana ;-) ). Se gasesc destule de facut si de vizitat, chiar si cu copii, in satele si localitatile din jur (recomand
Château du Haut-Kœnigsbourg sau La Montagne des Singes). Noi am fost in 2 zile si la Europa-Park, care se afla in Germania, sunt doar vreo 60 de km de la locatie, i-am facut intr-o ora.
Cat despre cazarea propriu zisa, a fost curat, spatios si dotat cu tot ce iti trebuie (poate o masina de spalat rufe ar fi fost utila, mai ales daca sejurul e mai lung de 5 zile).

Perfekt als Zwischenstop
Pros:

Sehr schönes, sauberes und modernes Apartment.
Für uns war es perfekt für die Durchreise. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt würden wir empfehlen ein Apartment mit "Alsace View" zu nehmen da die Strasse der "Village View" doch erstaunlich recht viel befahren ist.
Es waren sehr bequeme Betten mit hochwertigen Bettlaken, Decken und Matratzen.
Auch guter Ausgangspunkt um die Region mit dem Auto zu erkunden.

Cons:

1) Im Wohnzimmer hatten wir bereits bei der Ankunft ein sehr unangenehmen Geruch wahrgenommen. (Art Abflussgeruch) Anfangs dachten wir, das würde mit lüften und Klimaanlage verschwinden, es wurde auch kurzzeitig besser, jedoch kam der Geruch immer wieder. Unser Verdacht lag bei einem Abluftschacht in der Küche. Wir meldeten dies bei der Rezeption.
Die Rezeptionistin kam mit Tape um den Deckel provisorisch abzudichten. Dies brachte leider nicht viel. Man bot uns ebenfalls an, das Zimmer zu wechseln, leider schlief unsere Tochter bereits weshalb dies keine Lösung für uns war. Wir hielten die Tür zum Schlafzimmer geschlossen und konnten so aber ruhig schlafen. Das Personal war auf jedenfall bemüht eine Lösung zu finden was sehr positiv war!
2) es gab keine Abtrennungen/Sichtschutz auf den Terrassen der Apartments was leider die Privatsphäre reduziert.

Pros:

L’emplacement , le calme , et le logement climatisé. J’ai apprécié la gamelle d’eau et les friandises pour notre chien à l’arrivée dans notre logement.

Cons:

C’est déjà la deuxième fois que je viens et à chaque fois le personnel a l’accueil ne pense même pas à nous proposer de découvrir la cuisine du restaurant de l’hôtel.. étrange .
