It was so bad that I stayed for only 1 night out of 7 and moved somewhere else
Pros:

The only thing that was nice was that the apartment looks nice in terms of design / furniture

Cons:

For 950 euro (including Booking.com fees);
- Our room was adjacent to the parking lot - there was no outside space. This is fine for a winter holiday but not in summer when it’s 30+ degrees outside;
- The boiler room was just below the area with the double bed. It felt as if the floor heating was on making the room extra hot;
- There was only one fan for a double bed and a bunk bed that were on different parts of the room (ultimately my kids slept in de double bed and I on the floor on the matras so that we could share the fan);
- When the windows were open a lot of flies flew in, but with the windows closed it was too warm;
- The accommodation is just besides the rail track - you can’t leave the windows open at night because of the noise;
- There were hairs in the lower bunkbed;
- The location was too far from the nice Zillertal area (around 20mins by car) and in Schlitters there is nothing to do;
- Very poor customer service - after explaining that the room was not what I expected and that the floor was warm in the sleep area they offered a different room at the 5th night of my 7 day stay which was not acceptable. Ultimately I booked a different apartment in Zell am Ziller which was cheaper and much, much, much (!!!) nicer than this place;
- Besides a room change, Lebe didn’t offer anything. I didn’t get a penny back.

There are so many nice places to stay in Zillertal - I wouldn’t stay here (especially not in summer)

الغرف ما فيها تكييف وللأسف مافيها قمامات الله يكرمكم طبعاً مع موجة الحر اللي تعاني منها اوربا بتعاني جدا
وللأسف يوم طلبنا تغيير الغرفة قالوا إنها مخلصة

الفندق نظيف وجميل واطلالته رائعه

الاطلاله رائعه وكذالك النظافه والموقع وقربه من الهوفر والسبار والخدمات جدا جميله ومواقف كثيره وواسعه ولا يوجد اي مشكله الا انه لايوجد في الفندق الا غساله ملابسه واحده ونشافه واحده على كثر الشقق والسكان بعض الاحيان تنتظر الى يومين او ثلاثه ايام لتحصل على فرصه لغسيل ملابسك او انه تتخلى عن الطلوع للتنزه لكي تغسل ملابسك

وفيه موظفه صربيه خدومه جدااا ساعدتني كثير في استخدام غسالة الملابس لانها عامه لسكان الشقق

Pros:

Het uitzicht was fantastisch, huisje was ook fijn en schoon. Voldoende handdoeken en de douche was echt heerlijk ook. We kregen een upgrade omdat we hondjes mee hadden.

Cons:

Geen airco in huisje 2 en veel overlast van de airco in het huisje naast ons. Sommige hadden dus wel airco. Maar 's nachts hoor je de airco heel duidelijk, zelfs met de ramen dicht.

Ook was het vervelend dat er door de week gewerkt werd bij het huisje. Wij wilden juist even rust, maar om 07:30 waren ze al aan het boren.

Er zit een treinstation naast het appartement, maar 's nachts geen overlast. Verder reden auto's erg hard er langs, terwijl je er maar 30 mocht.

Eine Klimaanlage wäre wünschenswert.

Pros:

Apartament bardzo czysty, dobrze wyposażony, zadbany. Łóżko komfortowe. Obsługa apartamentu bezproblemowa.
Świetne kosmetyki i kawa w cenie apartamentu.
Piękny widok z okna.

Brak klimatyzacji.
Skrzypiące schody 😅.
Brak wieszaków na ręczniki w łazience.

Schön eingerichtet, alles da was es braucht, sauber, hell

Cons:

Der Check in war sehr kompliziert, wir mussten lange warten bis wir in die Zimmer konnten. Vor Ort gab es kein Personal das unterstützen konnte, es ging alles online und das online Portal hat nicht richtig funktioniert.

Pros:

Der Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt. Vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Abreise hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Der Service war aufmerksam und professionell, die Kommunikation schnell, klar und zuverlässig. Das Zimmer war in einwandfreiem Zustand, sauber, komfortabel und genau wie beschrieben. Es gab keinerlei Beanstandungen. Insgesamt eine durchweg positive Erfahrung ohne Schwachstellen.
