On sait pourquoi on le choisit et on n’est pas surpris.
Pros:

Le buffet du petit déjeuner (qualité et choix). L’emplacement à proximité du stade et de l’autoroute pour Nice ou Monaco / Italie. Gentillesse des personnes par téléphone. Le parking est décentré mais proche et pratique / neuf. La qualité très correcte du couchage. Canal+ gratuit. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Correctement isolé de l’extérieur (bon, nous étions au 4 étage et nous entendions quand même les voiture) mais beaucoup moins du couloir : si les autres occupants sont irrespectueux, ta nuit est compliquée. Qualité médiocre du linge de toilette. Paroi de douche bien trop petite et bac trop peu profond et écoulement lent.
