Spacious, clean and convenient apart-hotel. Enjoyable stay
Pros:

The pool was lovely - wonderful view. Apartment was very spacious and location was convenient for access to town. Room was cleaned everyday to a high standard

Cons:

Breakfast was delivered to room which was nice but the quantities of each item were random and changed each day - sometimes 2 coffees, sometimes 4. Sometimes 2 cereals, sometimes 3.

Enjoyed our stay. Overall property is very nice and in a good location to the port/restaurants etc
Pros:

Great size room (deluxe suite) with lovely view. Location (although lots of steps so not suitable for all).

Cons:

Breakfast came on a tray. Plenty of food but would be better if you could choose items as lots of food waste. After first day we requested just coffee/juice but they brought the whole tray every day which was frustrating. Also, combination of food didn’t always work eg. Cereal but no milk

Lovely hotel in a prime location with great views
Pros:

Only had a night here before flying back home and couldn’t use the pool as I just had a tattoo done but it was a lovely hotel the staff were so friendly and offered me juice on arrival, the room was massive and very homely with a fantastic view especially of the airport runway

Cons:

I did ask for breakfast to arrive at 8:30 not 8 but it still arrived at 8 as I was in the shower

The location of the hotel and view from our apartment (Room 108) were both great. The apartment was also a really generous size and the staff were very friendly. 5-6 minute walk to port/Skiathos town.

Cons:

Some bedroom/bathroom decor looking a tiny bit dated (but not too bad), bathroom was a little dark and the mattresses on the beds need replacing.

Wasn't an issue for us, and they do warn you in advance, but not one if you have mobility issues. Steps up to the hotel are steep.

A perfect week away . We were gutted we didn’t have longer.
Pros:

The breakfast was plentiful and filled us up to our evening meal . Arrived every morning on time to our room . The location of Skiathos living is perfect - just a short walk to the supermarket and the main port , town and restaurants- yes there are steps but it didn’t faze up for the lovely views we had from the accommodation- the staff were so helpful carrying our luggage when we arrived and when we left . Also so close to the airport - loved seeing the planes come in / take off - no noise at night once doors are closed to the apartments 😊

Cons:

Our only criticism was the shower - a little tired and being hand held was a bit of a faff but we all survived and I would recommend to others to stay there.

Ok but be mindful of the location
Pros:

The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool was also a good size and plenty of space for all

Cons:

I’m sorry to say that if you’re in a room right on the front the location is not good. There is the constant noise from the traffic as it is on the main road to town, you are just unable to relax at all in your room without closing the doors. In addition the 2 single beds in the twin room were very uncomfortable.
