Piscina con vista mozzafiato, ottima posizione!
Pros:

Struttura molto bella, pulita, ben posizionata per visitare il centro e il porto. Ben collegato con l’autobus è vicino all’aeroporto. Le camere molto belle, ventilate, luminose. Lo staff era gentilissimo, piscina meravigliosa con vista sul mare. Per arrivare all’hotel bisogna salire delle scale, quindi non adatto per chi ha problemi di mobilità ridotta.

A fantastic stay with amazing staff, a beautiful pool, and a spotless room. We would definitely come back.

The staff were absolutely excellent—kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. We also really enjoyed the pool, which was clean and perfect for relaxing. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations.

Vacker utsikt och rymliga rum
Pros:

Stora fina rum, mysig pool med vacker utsikt. Lugnt och harmoniskt. Supertrevlig personal och bra läge. Stort rymligt rum i två våningar (vi bodde 6 pers.) och stor balkong.

Cons:

Gick inte att få frukost före 8.30 så även fast den ingick kunde vi inte få någon då vi var tvungna att lämna tidigare. Kunde varit trevligt med en liten snackbar eller liknande på hotellet.

Lovely accommodation in a great location
Pros:

Great location, fabulous views & there was always plenty of sunbeds available round pool.

Cons:

Lots of steps to climb to get to accommodation- definately unsuitable if you have mobility issues.

If they could fix the a/c and you don’t mind the climb, this would be a reasonable stay for families seeking spaciou
Pros:

It was spacious and reasonably well located near the port and old town. We had not realised we couldn’t be dropped off at the entrance though and had to climb more than 50 stairs with our heavy bag. There was quite a nice pool area on the roof.

Cons:

The air conditioners obviously hadn’t been serviced because they didn’t produce any cold air. Instead, there was a terrible smell of mould pervading the apartment. It was too hot and noisy to sleep with the balcony doors open, so we had a hot and sleepless night breathing in mould. We had tried to report this to reception after our arrival but the man on the desk was unable to communicate with us in English or Greek. We sent a message both to the hotel phone number and through the booking.com messaging site, but received no response. When we reported the issue to the woman at reception upon our departure, she replied that a lot of their air conditioners didn’t work but it was the weekend so there was nothing she could do about it. No apology. No offer of a partial refund. Overall, an uncomfortable and unhealthy stay.

Not impressed
Pros:

The porters were friendly and very helpful.l, always had a smile on there faces.

Cons:

The rooms are very tired, the bathrooms outdated, the light in the bathroom was stuck with tape The lady at reception was very unhelpful and rude. The photos were taken are not a true reflection for exsmple, no slippers or bathrobes provided in the rooms, the couch cushions zips were broken.The pool area looks nothing like the photos and the beach towels were thread beard. No where does it say the hotel overlooks the airport runway(watching all the aeroplanes landing and taking off), if I had of known I would have stayed nearer the beaches as the water taxis and buses work well. They push the transfer link, where you definitely do not need to waste your Euro40 per transfer When the bus service is Euro6 (2 people) to the airport and you can walk from the port to the hotel and bus stop.

Fantastic location. Staff great. Manageress needs some hospitality training.

Location was great. Facilities good.

Cons:

Shower door broken. (Missing) water went all over floor. Asked for it to be fixed and were told that’s the way it is. We persisted and they put up a shower curtain. None of the 3 Aircons worked. We asked and they managed to fix one of them after 2 days. Heat wave in Europe. We asked for additional chairs as we were 4. Told no. The staff (deaf) were fantastic and happy to help. The manageress (woman in charge) was rude and not interested in our concerns. Besides her terrible attitude the stay was ok.
