Chouette endroit mais Clim et bruit horrible
Pros:

L’emplacement et le personnel au petit soin. Le garde nous a porté nos valises jusqu’au 3e. J’ai proposé un tips qu’il a refusé.

Cons:

Le froid de l’air co et le bruit incessant toute la nuit. J’ai du dormir avec mon pull et ma capuche car la soufflerie était dirigée vers ma tête. J’ai cru que j’allais geler.

Personnel et piscine et literie

Cons:

Tout est sale, délabré, mal insonorisé, insectes dans les placards, moisissures sur les murs, robinetterie cassés, plaques de cuisson qui le fonctionnent pas alors que c est le seul logement sur les 4 que j ai loué pendant mon séjour où une caution m a été demandée. Une climatisation défectueuse.

Great quaint stay in Middle of a big city
Pros:

Staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and I forgot a cell phone charger and desk gentlemen loaned me one he also went out of his way to get me ice for some drinks I had . Property is clean and very quiet .

Excellent stay
Pros:

Friendly staff, great location and very clean room. Free parking.

Cons:

I can't really find many negative elements. Just the pool was not clean but I wouldn't have used it anyway so it didn't affect me. Not the usual hotel facility but honestly I really liked the idea of having the rooms located in different detached small houses.

Great place and lovely staff. Worth it as location is good too.
Pros:

Great location and value for money. Room was a bit small but enough for the price.

Cons:

Sheets weren’t changed as regularly as we’d like but we had clothes on the bed so understandable

Good value in f you need to stay close to Brickell but don’t want to pay Brickell’s prices.
Pros:

Fernando and his colleagues were friendly and assisted me during my trip to Miami.

Cons:

Bed not comfortable, mattress excessively soft.

Pros:

Looks great for an older place. Wish we had more time to enjoy the pool and bar area! Next time I’m in Miami will stay a couple more days and take advantage of it
