Było Czysto, było żelazko , deska do prasowania i blisko wszędzie więc z tym super.

Kontakt słaby , brak suszarki bo się zepsuła. Ktoś miał podrzucić drugą niestety nikt się już potem nie odezwał . A mogłam wziąć swoją, bo wcześniej pisałam i pytałam o to . Mogłam wziąć swoją.

Comfortable and perfect location
Pros:

Very good location. Easy instructions to access the location and building. Very clean apartment and good size. Very good equipted kitchen.

Cons:

The bed was comfortable, but too small for our liking. The street was quite noisy at night which was unfortunate as we would like to have the window open at night. The shampoo/soap in the shower was not the best quality

výborná lokalita a priestranný apartmán aj kúpeľňa, v blízkosti obchod na potraviny aj reštaurácie

Cons:

v kuchyni a v kúpeľni chýbali handričky na utieranie kuchynskej pracovnej dosky a umývadla.
Jedna osuška bola špinavá/zažltnuta/zle opratá - keďže sú biele, treba ich prať na vysokých teplotách s kvalitným pracím prostriedkom

Studio frumos si localizat perfect, direct in centrul orasului. Am gasit curatenie si totul ous bine la punct. Check in ul a mers repede desi a trebuit sa sunam la ei. Au fost foarte prompti si de ajutor.

Cons:

Ne-ar fi placut ca salteaua si pernele sa fie mai de calitate. Dupa comfortul propriu, ne doream o saltea mai tare si alt tip de perne. Dar in rest totul a fost ok.

False advertising, rude staff, no river view despite the name RIVERSIDE. €646 wasted.

LIES, FALSE ADVERTISING, ABUSIVE STAFF.

Paid €646 for a "Deluxe Suite" at a property called RIVERSIDE. Booking.com listing states "river views." I asked management directly before booking — they confirmed river view. THREE promises of river view.

Reality: ZERO river view. Apartment faces other buildings.

Manager said we could check in early (pay ~10 PLN fee). Receptionist dismissed this with arrogance, told us wait until 14:45. We returned at exactly 14:45 — she then changed it to 15:00. Deliberate humiliation.When we arrived at 09:00 after an early morning flight from Denmark, I explained this to the female receptionist and told her exactly what the manager had said. Her response? She completely dismissed it with shocking arrogance. She spoke to us as if we were lying, as if we were beneath her. She refused to honor what her own manager had promised and told us to wait until 14:45. No apology, no offer to store luggage, no warmth. Just contempt.

No cleaning or towel change for 3 days. €161/night and you must BEG for clean towels.

Management replied to my complaint with empty apologies. No room change, no compensation, nothing.

Future guests: RIVERSIDE = no river view. "Deluxe" = standard apartment. Do not trust their promises. Film everything at checkout (500 PLN deposit risk). Choose a real hotel instead.

all in all great stay!
Pros:

pristine clean apartment, well decorated. had everything we needed. room, livingroom,kitchen, balcony, bathroom. perfect. the coffee was amazing as well. easy access to the building. all in all a great stay.
