The staff were all truly very professional and very helpful. This extended to travel & map suggestions, dining suggestions etc which proved t be excellent.

Una experiencia muy agradable en el BH Hotel de Roma. Su ubicación es excelente, especialmente por estar muy cerca de la terminal de tren, lo que facilita muchísimo los desplazamientos y permite moverse por la ciudad con gran comodidad.

Destacamos especialmente la amabilidad y atención de su personal, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y a hacer que la estancia sea más agradable.

Y el desayuno es delicioso, variado y perfecto para comenzar el día con energía antes de salir a descubrir Roma.

Sin duda, una excelente opción por su ubicación, servicio y calidad. ¡Lo recomendamos totalmente!

* The front-desk team were incredibly warm and helpful from the moment I arrived. They helped with my luggage and offered me water and snacks. When I mentioned that I was hungry, they even gave me three small pastries to take with me—a genuinely thoughtful gesture.
* As my room was not yet ready, they stored my luggage so I could go out and explore. When I returned, the room was ready and my bags had already been taken upstairs.
* A member of staff personally showed me to the room and explained everything, including how to access the room and where to find the restaurant.
* The breakfast hours were generous, and the selection was small but well chosen, fresh and more than sufficient, with juices, coffee, pastries, hot food and cereals.
* The hotel is modern, newly renovated, exceptionally clean and very quiet at night.
* The location is excellent, with easy access to attractions, restaurants, taxis and the train station.
* Most importantly, the hotel feels extremely well managed. Every member of staff seemed genuinely warm, positive and happy to help.

I stayed for two nights and would happily return. Highly recommended!

We stayed at BH Hotel with our little son Kıvanç, and honestly, we loved the hotel as a family.

After travelling around Italy for several days, we were quite tired and just wanted a comfortable, peaceful place where we could feel at ease in Rome. BH Hotel was exactly what we needed.

Our room was very comfortable, spacious and clean, and we really enjoyed the breakfast. The happy hour was also a lovely surprise and such a nice way to relax after a long day.

But what we loved most was the people.

We especially want to mention the entire BH Hotel team. Every person we met was incredibly friendly, warm, helpful and professional. From the reception team to everyone else working at the hotel, we always felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Whenever we had a question or needed help, everyone was patient, smiling and happy to assist us. This level of hospitality truly made a difference to our stay.

And then there was the sweetest surprise for our son Kıvanç. When we arrived, the hotel had prepared a little teddy bear and a lovely handwritten note as a welcome gift to Rome for him. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture, and it genuinely made us very happy. As parents, these are exactly the little things that stay in our memories.

We have stayed in many different hotels during our travels, but BH Hotel was one of those places where we truly felt that the staff genuinely cared about their guests.

We genuinely loved this hotel as a family, and whenever we come back to Rome, we would happily stay here again without hesitation.

Thank you to the entire BH Hotel team for making our stay so comfortable and turning it into such a lovely memory.

Séjour absolument parfait! Le personnel est aux petits soins et mention spéciale pour Ilaria au petit-déjeuner (un vrai rayon de soleil!!). Ils m’ont également très bien accommodée avec mes allergies alimentaires. Chambre très confortable avec tout le nécessaire. Les petites attentions à l’arrivée et au départ (chocolat, biscuit,..) étaient un plus très appréciable. Je recommande à 200% cet hôtel! Merci à tous d’avoir rendu ce voyage à Rome encore plus agréable.

Śniadanie w BH Hotel było naprawdę przepyszne i świeże. Czystość w pokoju była naprawdę zdumiewająca. Lokalizacja bardzo dogodna, poruszaliśmy się głównie na nogach (około 30 minut do Koloseum, godzinę do Watykanu - my lubimy chodzić :)) ale w razie czego bez problemu można dostać się wszędzie komunikacją.

The staff (especially Marat) were always kind, smiling, and ready to help anytime you needed it. Upon arrival there were treats in the hotel room from the hotel staff which made me feel welcomed and at home. The hotel is situated a bit further away from the city centre than expected, but that was not a problem for me as I enjoyed walking the streets of Rome. However, a 10 minute walk to the Roma Termini. The TOP gelato place in all of Rome is near the hotel called ‘Come il Latte’ - a 10 minute walk.

Preeeekrasan hotel, sobe dovoljno velike, kupaona prostrana, odlična lokacija, predivan vrt za doručak me najviše dojmio. Besprijekorno čisto🎊.

Rewelacyjne położenie względem zabytkowego centrum Rzymu. Hotel świeżo otwarty po renowacji.
