Pros:

My husband and I recently had two nights here and couldn’t fault it. I chose the hotel for location from the railway as we were arriving from Milan on train and it was walkable. I also read previous previews and was excited to try it and was not disappointed. From start to end the staff were lovely, attentive and helpful. The rooms were spacious, nicely decorated and spotless. We used the roof terrace both days to sit in the shade with a drink and it was so peaceful. I had informed the hotel the trip was for my husbands 40th and they gave us some chocolates and balloons in the room! Breakfast had a good selection and I really enjoyed the coffee. They helped with recommendations and booked a restaurant and our airport taxi for us.
This hotel cost the same as the previous two hotels on our trip and was by far the best in all regards

Pros:

The place is beautiful and spotless; service was impeccable. This is one of the nicest rooms I’ve stayed in, it came with a very large balcony. Breakfast was nice, so was happy hour, and again, the staff was super courteous and proactive.

The perfect experience on every level, we highly recommend.
Pros:

Our stay at the BH Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The Junior Suit was the most beautiful hotel room we have ever stayed in - clean as can be, and so well equipped for us. Breakfast was great. The staff was beyond kind and helpful, and went beyond and above to help us even after our checkout with our difficult circumstanses - special thanks to Marat.

Great location, great staff.
Pros:

The location, the room was good and all of the staff were engaging, helpful and friendly.

Cons:

We were on the ground floor and very early on there was a door being closed, I think by the staff working.

This didn’t spoil our stay but maybe remember that people are sleeping.
