L’accueil et la disponibilité du personnel

Cons:

Sur les photos l’hôtel me paraissait plus moderne et plus propre, il fait assez vétuste et la déco surtout de la salle de bain/toilettes sont à mettre au gout du jour. (Anciens carreaux, douche très ancienne..). Egalement il n’y avait pas une odeur de propre dans la chambre.

Pros:

douche italienne très pratique, espace, coin cuisine, éclairage tête de lit à allumage sans bouton.

Cons:

pas de climatisation, un simple ventilateur, le non nouvellement du savon douche après 3 jours.

Struttura essenziale, dotata di quanto necessario. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ottima la posizione vicino alla stazione dei treni e alla fermata del tram per raggiungere Ginevra e comodo ed economico il parcheggio coperto. Personale gentile e disponibile ha saputo risolvere dei piccoli disagi (es. non funzionava il phon e me ne hanno fornito un altro). molto utile la piccola cucina, soprattutto per la presenza del frigo e freezer. Ottima la colazione.

Cons:

Le camere e i locali sono un po' spartani e le finiture sono migliorabili. Mancano interruttori e prese vicino ai comodini, il phon (di quelli anni 70 attaccato al muro) non funzionava e ne ho dovuto chiedere un altro, la moquette in stanza è rovinata in alcuni punti, non sono disponibili in camera coperte e cuscini aggiuntivi (va detto però che ne ho chiesto uno in reception e mi è stato fornito), manca un telefono in camera per contattare la reception in caso di necessità. Se si è in estate manca l'aria condizionata.

Pros:

Personnel très à l'écoute et compétent. Particulièrement William. Le buffet petit déjeuner. Mes souhaits respectés. Caution rendu rapidement. Établissement et chambres très propres. Très bien situé à 2 pas de la gare.

Cons:

Chambre 3 pièces assez petites avec des petites fenêtres. Il faut pas être claustro. Moquettes dans les chambres. Chasse d'eau toilettes qui marchent pas. Kitchenette trop petite pour séjour de plusieurs jours.

Zwar zentrale Lage Nähe Innstadt(hässlich) und Bahnhof,aber man hört die Züge und das Hotel ist auch hellhörig.Küchenzeile minim,Frühstück auch.Aber halt preisentsprechend.Keine Parkplätze in der Nähe,Zufahrt und Eintritt in die hoteleigene Tiefgarage(8Euro) kompliziert.
