Great value for money in a convenient location and friendly staff
Pros:

Nice hotel in a convenient location. Clean, had everything you would need from a hotel and very friendly staff (a bit of a language barrier if you don’t speak German, but easily manageable). The hotel is located a five minute walk from Friedrichsfelde Station, which is on a direct U-Bahn line into the city centre.

Cons:

Getting back into the main entrance, you need to use a keysafe as the door locks from the outside. Absolutely fine once you’re aware of this though, and easy to operate.

Pros:

Ein kleines, inhabergeführtes Hotel mit sehr netten Personal. Die neuen Besitzer haben das Hotel erst vor fünf Monaten übernommen und renoviert und sie bemühen sich sehr um die Gäste. Das Hotel liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig: fünf Minuten zur U-Bahn und vor der Haus ist eine Bushaltestelle. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Pros:

Das Hotel hat einen ganz eigenen Charme. Klein und teilweise liebevoll und originell renoviert. Es liegt sehr ruhig, man hört die Vögel zwitschern in einem kleinen Park dahinter, der für die umliegenden Bewohner sehr schön zurecht gemacht wurde. Zur nächsten U Bahnstation sind es 6 min, zu einem großen Lebensmittelmarkt 3 min. In der Straße war ein Sushi und Thailändisches Restaurant, um die Ecke ein Döner usw .
Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich.

Cons:

Mir waren die Kissen zu dick ( hoch). Aber ich habe auch nicht um flachere gebeten, habe es jedesmal vergessen, bestimmt hätte es auch andere gegeben..

Nie korzystałem.

Cons:

Brak możliwości swobodnego wyjścia i wejścia do obiektu. Musiałem pobierać klucz ze schowka na zewnątrz, otwierać drzwi, blokować je, ponownie chować klucz i dopiero wchodzić. Nie tylko wieczorem ale także i w dzień.
Słaba komunikacja, Pani chyba z Azji słabo mówi po niemiecku, a przynajmniej bardzo niezrozumiale.
Brak wystawienia faktury za pobyt oraz orientacji czy pobyt jest opłacony czy nie. Ogólnie chaos.

Great Venue Location & Friendly staff
Pros:

The hotel met my expectations being well located and close to a bus stop and the U-Bahn. The staff at the hotel were very friendly, accommodating and easy to get in touch with via Whatsapp for any queries and assistance. They were also kind enough to provide and upgraded room as a new year gift.

Cons:

We had a bit of a language barrier due to my limited knowledge in German. However we still managed to sort things out accordingly.
