We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Wapa di Ume Sidemen. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel genuinely welcome, and that feeling stayed throughout the entire stay.
A special thank you to Bobo, who truly stood out – incredibly attentive, kind, and always one step ahead. The level of care and personal attention from the staff overall was exceptional. Everyone went above and beyond, always with a smile, making everything effortless for us.
The tented villa with a private pool was something else – very exclusive, peaceful, and perfectly designed for relaxation while still feeling connected to the surrounding nature. It felt like a hidden retreat.
The restaurants deserve a strong recommendation as well. Great food, beautiful presentation, and again, outstanding service from the team. Every meal felt like a highlight.
We also booked excursions through the hotel, and this made a huge difference. Everything was seamlessly organized, completely hassle-free, and tailored to us – we could just enjoy the experience without worrying about anything.
Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations in every way. Exceptional staff, beautiful setting, and excellent value for money. We would return without hesitation.

Localisation
Lux tente décevante fermée et petite ( comparée aux autres chambres 5 étoiles de bali ) . Pas de place pour les valises , sombre . Nous avons eut même des insectes grand qui nous ont pas permis de rentrer dans le toilettes . Pendant la nuit à cause des pesticides dans la chambre des petits insectes ne cessaient pas de tomber sur la couverture . La qualité du restaurant n est pas à la hauteur par rapport aux restaurants qui sont autours . La randonnée de une heure offerte le matin n’est qu’une descente sur une rue près des rizières .
