Good choice for Birmingham
Pros:

It is a very good location. The room is small but clean and has everything you need. I think it is totally worth the money I paid.

Pros:

La ubicación excelente! La habitación increíble, todo limpio, ordenado y unas calidades únicas! Si tengo que volver a Birmingham, sería sin lugar a dudas un sitio que repetiría.

Pros:

Clean, easy to access, once I got an answer to my question, quiet, near centre of city (walking), secure, pleasant room

Cons:

Wasn't told about access codes until I asked, so I thought it was a scam, until informed, but shouldn't have to ask in the first place.
No hot water in basin
No instructions for heater, so whatever I did, it wouldn't come on, and it was cold that morning
Bed is very very soft,, did not suit me, had a bit of backache
Tea cups very small, need a mug,
