Great property, fab staff! Would stay again.
Pros:

Lovely hotel, charming staff that couldn’t do enough for you!! Clean, quiet and nice little pool area. Great breakfast options and location allowed exploration of city.

Fab location
Pros:

Great location, warm and friendly staff couldn’t do enough. Food was great but not a huge range.

Cons:

Music is going on late into the night from next door, we stayed over the weekend and music stopped around 1/2 am.

Expensive, Excellent service and food should be given more proper meat.
Pros:

The service and location is excellent. The breakfast good however few bad comments. They will try their best to rectify the issue in the bath tub and the hot water. Very efficient.

Cons:

The first time breakfast was good but then when comes to third day. The presentation became lackadaisical and the sticky rice was not fresh and so hard. Sourdough change to wholemeal bread without informing the guest. The menu still said sourdough which they don’t serve anymore.

Pros:

A wonderful hotel — quiet, clean, with a large pool and an excellent location. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a personal handwritten note, a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that made us feel truly appreciated.

At breakfast, the team kindly adapted the menu to our preferences, which was not something we took for granted, and we are very grateful for their effort and care. The entire staff was amazing — welcoming, friendly, and always smiling. The service was exceptional and made us feel at home.

Thank you very much for everything. We would be delighted to return again.

Amazing, from the well come drink till the day we checked out everyone was very helpful and friendly, we had an awesome

The breakfast buffet was a little bit dull because have to order off a menu but it might be just our preference so nothing against the hotel or their food.

10/10 was a fabulous stay for us!!
Pros:

The room was lovely, bed was so comfortable and the setup was perfect for us. Staff were so friendly and helpful.
We liked the earlier Breakfast time on the day of our tour and it was super yummy, great coffees!

Cons:

I only wish we had stayed longer :)
