Nice but overpriced
Pros:

The location is perfect. It’s in a quiet local neighborhood but still good access to everything. It’s about a 5 minute walk from Icon Siam/River Taxis and also very close to the BTS skytrain. The beds were comfortable and the aircon was good. The decor throughout the building and rooms is very nice. Both rooms we stayed in had a fridge / microwave / bowls etc which was nice for having food in the room.

Cons:

We stayed in both room 2 and room 4. We found the bathroom in room 2 needed some upgrades. The door didn’t shut very well meaning if someone was on the toilet they were partly visible from the room. The sink was also hanging off the wall so much so we were afraid it might fall. There was also quite a bit of mold in the shower. There was also hangers provided in the room but nowhere to hang anything. We enjoyed room 4 more, we found it much more functional. Both rooms had kettles provided but nowhere tea/coffee - this is the only place we stayed in SEA over the course of 3 months that didn’t provide any. Over all it didn’t feel like a boutique hotel and felt a bit overpriced for what we got. We also noticed a pattern with the codes for both rooms which were very simple and contained each room number & similar with the main door, this made the accommodations feel a bit unsecured for us as we were afraid of how easy it would be for someone else to access the room.

The most stupid choice that you can make about stay in Bangkok
Pros:

It used to be a good place, but not nowadays

Cons:

Bad location, huge trash point on the only road to the hotel, “tired” rooms. Owners need to renovate the rooms or to post a new photos. And yes, the photos are from the bathroom and you vean definitely see the picture on the wall of the bedroom while you’re on the toilet. That is really stupid)) I’m very sad I choose this stay.

Pros:

They lay out of the room (we booked it 2x and had 2x a different room) is super nice. Very urban/industrial space and it's super clean.

Cons:

It can be super noisy in the building due to the sliding doors. The first night I barely slept, since I heard everyone coming in on a Friday night from 11pm to 2pm.

Artsy BKK Apartment
Pros:

Tolles grosses Zimmer. Sehr stilvoll.
