Bra , rummet var enligt förväntningarna .
Pros:

Hotellet är nära stranden men man kan inte komma ut till stranden direkt utan måste gå lite.

Cons:

Så fort vi kom in så var receptionisten otrevlig och sa bestämd ”stäng dörren sakta!” Även fast det är hans jobb att stänga dörren åt oss. Vi hade inte ens checkat in än, hans namn var Peppe. Vi försökte prata med en annan receptionist som sa att han var hans chef men han var ännu mer otrevlig och försökte vända det på oss. Tror de behöver utbildning inom service. Det enda som var positivt var städarna som gjorde ett bra jobb. Kuddos till dem, annars behandlingen av personalen är ganska vass och de bryr sig inte om sina kunder. Kommer inte boka detta hotell igen, tar istället en dyrare hotell men med bättre service.

Keurig net hotel met vriendelijk personeel! Lekker dicht bij het strand en boulevard. Voor het centum zijn bus en metro in de buurt.

Muy buena ubicación y relación precio/calidad.
Pros:

La habitación tenia una agradable vista a la playa. Hubo un inconveniente con la llave al ingresar, que el personal resolvió de forma rapida y eficiente.

Cons:

Solo por agregar algo, a la habitación le falta un espejo de cuerpo entero o mas grande, que solo el del baño.

Quizás falte una mesa y una silla en la habitación. Cuando se duchan en otras habitaciones cercanas las cañerías suenan mucho.

Leider absolut enttäuschend / nicht empfehlenswert

Unser Aufenthalt im Globo Hotel Valencia war leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung.

Bereits beim Check-in wurden wir unfreundlich empfangen. Der Mitarbeiter wirkte extrem lustlos, hat kaum gelächelt und vermittelte von Anfang an den Eindruck, überhaupt keine Lust auf seinen Job oder auf Gäste zu haben.

Das Zimmer war leider noch schlimmer. Es hat von Anfang an extrem unangenehm gerochen. Das Badezimmer wirkt, als würde es sich langsam auflösen: Die Dusche war undicht, die Toilettenpapierhalterung fiel von der Wand und die Lüftung war stark mit Staub verschmutzt.

Unser Fenster ging zu einem sogenannten „Innenhof“, der eigentlich nur aus anderen Fenstern und Türen besteht. Dazu kam ein starker, unangenehmer Geruch nach Fäkalien.

Besonders schlimm war die Klimaanlage. Sie roch noch stärker als das Zimmer selbst, es kamen schwarze Partikel heraus und gleichzeitig lief Wasser unter der Klimaanlage herunter. Bereits am zweiten Tag unseres Aufenthalts waren wir krank.. mit Halsschmerzen, Schluckbeschwerden, Fieber und Husten. Natürlich können wir nicht beweisen, dass dies durch die Klimaanlage verursacht wurde, aber unter diesen hygienischen Umständen war das definitiv kein gutes Gefühl.

Auch die Lärmbelästigung war extrem. Jeden Morgen gegen 8 Uhr wurden über mehrere Stunden irgendwelche Gegenstände herumgeschoben, sodass an Ausschlafen überhaupt nicht zu denken war. Zusätzlich sind die Zimmer unglaublich hellhörig. Man hört den Wecker aus dem gegenüberliegenden Zimmer genauso wie Gespräche von Gästen, die nachts um 3 Uhr ins Hotel zurückkommen.

Insgesamt haben wir uns hier überhaupt nicht wohlgefühlt. Für uns stimmen Sauberkeit, Zustand der Zimmer, Lärmschutz und Service absolut nicht mit dem überein, was man von einem Hotelaufenthalt erwarten darf.
