The AC wasn’t working properly but aside from that the place and the pool were amazing, it felt good coming to this place after a long day and unwind and relax. I would definitely will book again if I get back to athens.

Großartige Unterkunft, hier hat der Architekt ganze Arbeit geleistet. Sehr gut durchdachte Wohnung und sehr gute Raumaufteilung. Die Ausstattung ist zeitlos schön, wir hatten das Penthouse vier Tage und fanden es toll.

Cons:

Das Frühstück entsprach in keiner Weise den Erwartungen, es hält bestenfalls die Erinnerung an Covid - Zeiten wach.
Die Concierge- Mitarbeiter entsprechen aus unserer Sicht nicht dem Niveau der Unterkunft, gleichzeitig gibt es heutzutage so viele Touristen, dass wir alle austauschbar geworden sind, es muss niemand mehr durch gute Gastgeberqualitäten glänzen.

A top choice
Pros:

One of my favorite stays in Athens! The team was kind and helpful from the beginning, allowing me to drop luggage off early and check in ahead of schedule. I booked the room with a private pool, and while initially I wasn't sure about the awning overhead, it was absolutely delightful to rest on the large, private patio and swim in the soft sun. I've had the pleasure of visiting other luxury residences in athens, but this one feels more thoughtful down to every single detail. The bed, outdoor and indoor furniture are exceedingly comfortable and tasteful. The small gym on the roof is complete with great equipment to make use of a small space. They even have a washer/ dryer available should you need to do laundry. The bath and body products are unforgettable with a beautiful frankincense aroma. I especially appreciate the art-- gorgeous photographs, curtains that look hand-dyed, and interesting fixtures. It's a place that truly feels like a warm and elegant home. Don't hesitate to book it-- great value for first-class amenities. Thank you to the team!

We had a wonderful stay in Athens and would happily return.

The team was incredibly responsive from the moment we arrived and always available whenever we needed support. The room cleanliness was on another level — everything was spotless and very well maintained throughout our stay.

The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and exactly as described. We especially appreciated having a small kitchenette, which made our stay even more convenient. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept extremely well.

A lovely touch was the breakfast delivered to the room each morning. It was fresh, delicious, and a great way to start the day.

Overall, the combination of excellent service, attention to detail, comfort, and cleanliness made this a fantastic experience. Highly recommended.

Pros:

Literally everything. I'm usually a very picky person, but every single aspect of this place and its hosts was impeccable!
Communication with the host was great, the housekeeping staff were thorough and kind and even refused tips!
The apartment itself was amazing too. Very clean and well maintained, very chic, very comfortable, and has everything you need (a bidet spray!). The whole place looks and feels like it was built and operated with so much passion and love.
The peak for me was their breakfast basket every morning and their surprise celebration of my birthday! I just came back to find balloons and cake and a basket of drinks, fruits, and candy waiting for me with the sweetest letter! Thank you so much! I travel a lot and this by far was my favorite stay. Definitely coming back.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Fabulous hotel. Spotlessly clean, beautiful interiors, and very practical in terms of facilities. We travelled as a group of 4 adults who wanted to have shared space but also privacy when needed, and this apartment was perfect. It feels like it was designed with love and with an understanding of what people need from a hotel.

All of the facilities are of a very high standard, the team are very friendly and helpful, and the location is just right for main sights like the Acropolis. We had two balconies, spacious rooms, and access to the rooftop terrace was especially great.

The apartments are very nice with all modern amenities and very spacious and very well located to the centre. We really liked staying here.

Cons:

Unfortunately I have to say the cleaning!! You could see that the cleaning was done in five minutes without care !! The floors were not hoovered, bathrooms were just dried off, our toiletries were not refilled even after asking for them in both our rooms and they forgot to put towels on one day .. I would highly recommend to the management that they control the cleaners as it’s a shame to loose votes due to bad cleaning and lack of management control and checking.
