The beach club was shut down by local authorities and we only had learnt upon arrival. Not a big deal for us anyway since Playa Norte that is 5 min away by walking is better.
The shower heads in the bathrooms should be renewed. Only one of three worked well.

Nous n’avons pas été informés avant notre arrivée que quasiment toutes les installations annoncées étaient fermées : piscine, restaurant, bar, activités, cours de yoga… Seules les chambres étaient accessibles, car l’établissement n’avait apparemment pas encore les autorisations/licences nécessaires.

Le plus frustrant est que l’hôtel nous a envoyé un message avant notre arrivée pour nous dire qu’ils avaient hâte de nous accueillir, sans jamais mentionner ces fermetures. Lorsque nous avons demandé confirmation après avoir vu certains avis en ligne, on nous a simplement répondu que nous pouvions annuler. Le jour même, il était évidemment impossible de retrouver un autre hébergement dans de bonnes conditions, et on nous a laissé entendre qu’un remboursement serait possible alors que la réservation était affichée comme non remboursable.

Pour 91 € la nuit, payer uniquement une chambre sans accès aux services vendus dans l’annonce est largement excessif.

Concernant l’hébergement : présence de sable à l’arrivée, déchets plastiques visibles coincés entre les lattes du tipi, forte odeur d’humidité dès l’ouverture de la porte, draps et oreillers humides. La climatisation faisait un bruit insupportable, au point d’être inutilisable pour dormir, ce qui rendait la chaleur très difficile à supporter. L’insonorisation est quasi inexistante, avec énormément de bruit venant de la plage et des passants durant la nuit, jusqu’à entendre des gens crier.

Les “produits de toilette gratuits” annoncés sont en réalité de simples distributeurs fixés au mur dans la douche commune, sans bouchon ni protection, donc accessibles à tout le monde. C’est assez limite sur le plan de l’hygiène. De plus, il n’y avait qu’une seule douche à proximité des tipis, ce qui est insuffisant lorsque plusieurs clients souhaitent l’utiliser.

Le petit déjeuner était censé être inclus dans notre réservation, mais nous n’en avons jamais bénéficié puisque le restaurant était fermé.

It s forbiden to swim in the beach, that place has no beach! And no swimming pool because it was closed by federal control.
No hot water to take a bath.
Quando chegamos , recusaram nos early check in. Disseram que a piscina, bar e todas as infraestruturas de serviços estavam fechadas ha pelo menos 10 dias, mas pelo estado das coisas, foi há mais tempo. Perguntei pq ninguém me avisou antes e não souberam responder. Perguntei se poderia ter uma redução no preço visto que não podíamos usar praia nem piscina. Disseram que não, mas que para compensar, nos propunham late check out ou bicicletas. Não havia nenhuma disponível e disse lhes que não queria late check out, mas sim early check in. Disseram me que não era possível…

Si vas con valijas con ruedas, puede ser incómodo ir hasta los bungalows porque el camino es todo de arena. Levantarla no era una opción por el peso y tamaño. Solo eso.

No clean towels- our room was not cleaned daily and when going to the front desk to get towels, they never had anything and gave me an attitude when i asked for clean towels

Nothing was available - no pool, no bar, no cafe, no co-work, no scooters.
I asked if I could bring food/drink on site seeing as the restaurant was closed, they said no.
The pool was in use for scuba lessons, but not for regular guests.
Only two loungers had cushions.
The dorm was dirty when I arrived, multiple people had to chase to get it cleaned.

The whole thing was handled very poorly and it felt like the staff had given up / they'd kept taking bookings when really the site should have closed.

Extremely unclean dorm and poor service!! I stayed for 3 nights in the female dorm and from the start the experience was terrible. The staff did not tell me that towels and bikes were free to use; they only mentioned that the common areas were closed and offered a refund if needed. The room was very dirty: sand on the floor, used water bottles, empty toiletries, and personal items and used towels scattered around. The bathroom and toilet were combined and extremely unclean, with hair in the shower and other guests’ belongings still left behind. I asked them to clean it the next morning. They said they clean every day, but when I came back after 3 p.m. the room was still exactly the same. I waited at reception for 30 minutes just to be able to use the shower. They eventually did a minimal “cleaning”: only spraying the toilet and changing the toilet paper. Hand soap, shampoo, and body wash were empty since I arrived. Only after another female guest complained did they do a more thorough cleaning, though they left sand on the ground until further complaints forced them to brush it. Most concerning, I got many bites only below my knees after my 3 days here, and a pharmacist told me they were flea bites. Given the hostel’s lack of proper cleaning and hygiene, this is not surprising. The staff clearly do not care about guest health and safety. This hostel was very uncomfortable and unprofessional, and I strongly advise others to stay elsewhere if you have a self respect.
