Resepsiyonda çalışan arkadaşın hepsine TSK ederiz. hemen odamızı verdiler bekletmediler.

Cons:

Animasyonda çalışan Tuna diye arkadaşın tavrı hoşumuza gitmedi sanki otelde türk vatandaşı istemiyor gibiydi. Yabancı misafirlerle tanıştığımız zaman sanki bı kıskançlık seviyesi yükseliyordu maalesef. Kendi işini yapsa daha sağlıklı olur.

Пишу отзыв, как турагент с 20 летним стажем. Я на многое могу закрыть глаза. Но не в этот раз. В отеле полная антисанитария, грязные тарелки в столовой, грязные чайные чашки, бокалы не моются вообще, выливается напиток и заливается новый и неважно, что там помада …это ужасный отель!!! При бронировании было обещано вино, я три дня подряд звонила на ресепшн, одна и также девушка, отвечала сейчас принесут- ничего не принесли, она и весь персонал максимально по хамски со всеми разговаривают. Официанты из Казахстана ни говорят ни по-русски, ни по-английски, ни по-турецки…. Не тратьте время, деньги и настроение на этот отель.
Я даже не знаю, кто дал ему 5 звезд, и кто писал хорошие отзывы и откуда рейтинг высокий у отеля. Грязь везде …..волосы чужие на постели, на полу, в сливе в ванной …

Всё было великолепно! Отель превзошёл все мои ожидания! Небольшой, отель, но сервис на уровне 5 звёзд. Всё очень чисто и ухожено, персонал дружелюбный, много русскоязычного. Анимация на 3х языках, включая русский. Еда и напитки разнообразные, вкусные, хорошего качества. В номере тоже всё прекрасно, кровать большая и удобная. Уборка в номере каждый день. Здесь без преувеличения ультра всё включено. Надеюсь ещё сюда вернуться

Отель очень понравился. Красивая, ухоженная территория с выходом к морю и частным пляжем. Замечательный персонал, особенно на ресепшене и в детском клубе. Сотрудники ресепшена обеспечили прекраснейший сервис, а ребенок был в восторге от детского клуба и детских аниматоров. Ребенку невероятно понравилось. Также каждый вечер была развлекательная программа. Всё супер)

At first glance, a nice, modern hotel. Nice pool.

Cons:

The staff had a bit of a problem with the fact that I made the reservation through Booking.com, quite a confusion. When booking, a bottle of wine was stated in the room. Upon arrival, there was none. Just like the minibar in the room should have been included in the price. The fridge was empty. I pointed this out to the reception, however, no one filled the minibar until the end of the stay. Upon arrival, we received a paper with information about services/opening hours. However, this did not match reality. The bar, which was supposed to close at 10:00 PM, was already closed at 4:00 PM. I understand that it is not yet the high season, however, there is nothing easier than printing out a paper with the correct information. The food selection is relatively weaker than in the surrounding hotels.
