Персонал помогал при любом вопросе. На стойке регистрации очень быстро и качественно обслуживали.Анимационная команда не давала скучать,были заняты и дети и взрослые.Массаж,сауна,волейбол, фитнес,водное поло,аэробика,зумба,дискотека,вечерние представления- все просто супер!В номерах уборка каждый день,свежее белье и полотенца.Работали грили и снек бары на улице- все очень вкусно и бесплатно.в последний вечер перед отъездом был организован ужин на берегу моря с ресторанным подходом.Питание- это конечно отдельное искусство! Очень красиво ,много . Рекомендую этот отель как семейным парам,так и людям в возрасте,которые хотят отдохнуть.Море было ласковым и красивым все дни нашего пребывания,песок и немного гальки у берега

Ich habe einen rundum perfekten Urlaub verbracht. Die Zimmer waren in Bezug auf Hygiene wirklich sehr sauber, schön und geräumig. Ich habe eine Woche im Hotel verbracht und alle Mitarbeiter waren äußerst höflich, freundlich und aufmerksam.

Neben der allgemeinen Aufmerksamkeit des gesamten Personals möchte ich insbesondere Herrn Tuna aus dem Animationsteam sowie Herrn Fatih, Herrn Volkan und Frau Bahar aus dem Barteam und Frau İlkaynur hervorheben. Sie haben sich während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr um uns gekümmert und uns stets mit ihrer Freundlichkeit und ihrem Lächeln begegnet.

Das Essen war sehr gut, das Meer und der Pool waren sauber. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich, dass wir zu keiner Zeit irgendwo anstehen oder lange warten mussten.

Auch Frau Nina möchte ich für ihre Aufmerksamkeit und ihre stets freundliche Art herzlich danken.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht und uns im Hotel von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt, sodass wir uns zu keiner Zeit fremd gefühlt haben. Der Abschied vom Hotel ist uns daher sehr schwergefallen. Ich bin mir sicher, dass wir uns im nächsten Jahr wiedersehen werden.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diesen unvergesslichen und erholsamen Aufenthalt!

We paid a good price and the hotel tries to do their best. I might try other locations next time.
Pros:

The snacks, Turkish kebab and afternoon ice cream plus other surprise snacks/kebabs.

Cons:

Pool was small. There were always a lot of kids and in the small pool people even played with ball.
Food was average, except for roast chicken and sometimes the grill.
People went naked/sticky/wet into the elevator and that was really not pleasant.

Ein Urlaub muss ein Urlaub sein!!! Danke für alles!!!
Pros:

Wir haben dort neun Nächte verbracht, und jeder Abend bot etwas Besonderes; die Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber, und das Essen war köstlich und abwechslungsreich. Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein sauberer, gepflegter Strand, und das gesamte Personal setzte sich sehr dafür ein, dass alles perfekt war. Besonders möchten wir uns bei Kemal, dem Masseur bedanken, der seine Arbeit mit außergewöhnlichem Können und Professionalität ausübt. Auch das Personal an der Rezeption war durchweg freundlich , es ist ein wunderbares Hotel, das wir sehr gerne wieder besuchen würden.

Cons:

Vielleicht sollte das Reinigungspersonal besser in den Reinigungsstandards eines 5 Sterne Hotels geschult werden. Es liegt nicht allein am Vorgesetzten ich denke, sie müssen sich entsprechend bemühen und ihrer Verantwortung gerecht werden. das ist nur ein Vorschlag.

Het eten aan het strand vond ik lekker in het restaurand zelf was dat minder met avond eten.

Cons:

Zwembad verwachte ik wel wat groter hahahahaa. En er was maar 1 tv zender aanwezig in mijn kamer
