The whole experience was a disaster - I tried from 2.00 pm To get access codes for the doors at 8.00 p.m. I gave up and had to book an alternative venue - totally missing the function I had travelled to attend!!

Ok, for a one night stay.
Pros:

The location was good for us
Everything was clean

Cons:

No lift. Terrible breakfast option, we decided not to eat there. The staff we met tried their best to avoid contact. Repair and maintenance lacking. The tap in the bathroom loose and the place looked like it had seen better days.

Don't bother

Proximity to the wedding we attended

Cons:

It took about two hours to get in the room. No staff on the site so no help. Consequently late and stressed to a wedding. On the phone after navigating the help numbers at the front desk, some of which didn't even exist. Had to call three times. Never received a check in email, wasn't made aware that I would be receiving one. I didn't receive any information on the hotel entry or on how to enter my room and the relevant code to do so. When finally in the room tidy fresh sheets, but the bedside table is sticky, Bthroom sink blocked. Water takes a long time to get hot or cold. I didn't want to drink the water. Couldn't run the tap due to the blocked sink. Bulb not working. Will be seeking a refund. Just really pointlessly bad really. Hire some staff. Could be good. But it's not.

Very bad experience. Will never book there again, and we don't recommend this place

Cons:

The room was very dusty and small, with very old furniture and appliances. Shower head was old and disgusting. The blind were full of dust , we had very hard time sleeping, as our noise was blocked from all the dust in the room.
We wanted to drop our luggage early before check-in, and no one was there to accommodate us, even after several calls. We will never comeback to this place. It was waist of money

Great for an overnight stay
Pros:

Easy to find, easy code system. Clean room, clean bedding, clean towels. Got shower, plenty of toilet roll & provided a fan too which was great as we were near the top of the hotel.

Cons:

Bed was quite hard, gave me a bad shoulder next day. Also it's quite a hefty trek up the narrow stairs to the top. Decor is a bit dated, but very quirky.

The staff member who sorted things out on my check in was helpful, that was it everything else was terrible.

Meine gehörlose Freundin Claudia war vom 19. bis 23. März in Ihrem Hotel.

Wir hatten erwartet, dass die Bettwäsche täglich gewechselt wird, doch dies geschah während ihres gesamten Aufenthalts nicht.

Außerdem stellten wir fest, dass das Zimmer während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt wurde. Weder die Böden wurden gesaugt noch das Badezimmer gereinigt!

Wir hatten auch erwartet, dass jeden Morgen ein Frühstücksbuffet bereitsteht, doch es gab nichts.

Bei der Buchung des Zimmers hatten wir online Fotos vom angebotenen Frühstück gesehen. Es sah sehr appetitlich aus, daher waren wir schockiert, als unsere Freundin uns erzählte, dass es überhaupt nicht so aussah wie auf den Online-Fotos. Es war komplett leer! Sie musste sich ihr Frühstück selbst in einem nahegelegenen Geschäft kaufen.

Einmal wollte sie sich an der Stelle, wo eigentlich das Frühstücksbuffet stehen sollte, selbst etwas zu trinken zubereiten. Dabei stellte sie fest, dass das gesamte Equipment stark verschmutzt war!

Der Service des Hotels war offensichtlich äußerst mangelhaft! Das Zimmer wurde nicht regelmäßig gereinigt, es gab keine frische Bettwäsche, und das Frühstücksbuffet entsprach überhaupt nicht der Beschreibung.

Wir sind mit dem Service, den Ihr Hotel unserem Freund während seines Aufenthalts geboten hat, überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Wir erwarten Ihre Antwort.
