L accueil par une personne sans sourire et qui nous a mis dans les mains d une employée beaucoup plus aimable au jour de 2 mn

Fantastisch
Pros:

Het is een fantastisch hotel. We kwamen er eerder al 10 jaar. Familiale sfeer. Zeer vriendelijk. Fantastisch ontbijt en prachtig 5 gangenmenu ‘‘s avonds.

Pros:

Hervorragendes Essen, Servicepersonal im Restaurant, kurze Wege zu den Liften, Pool, Skiraum

Cons:

Mussten für die letzte Nacht das Zimmer wechseln, weil-angeblich durch einen Fehler von Booking.com- eine Nacht zu wenig gebucht wurde. Dieses Zimmer war von der Größe her eher ein Notbehelf, in welchem man sich kaum bewegen konnte. Keinerlei Kompensation oder Rückerstattung für die Unannehmlichkeiten bzw. dieses vermutlich wesentlich billigere Zimmer seitens der Hotelleitung, noch nicht mal ein Freigetränk an der Bar.
Allgemein waren die Getränke sehr teuer.
Ein weiteres Minus war die „abenteuerliche“ Nutzung der textilfreien Saunen (kein Handtuch, tropfnasse Badekleidung) durch die vorwiegend britischen Hotelgäste. Haben deshalb auf die Saunanutzung verzichtet.

Der Aufenthalt war super!
Pros:

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Dann hat uns gleich eine Nachmittagsjause erwartet. Alle waren sehr freundlich. Das Essen war fantastisch. Danke!

Pros:

Wir wurden von Anfang an in das Nachbar Hotel umgebucht. Dort befindet sich auch Schwimmbad und Sauna. Diese Bereiche waren sehr schön. Wir hatten nur am Anfang ein Zimmer mit nur Blick auf die Straße, haben aber dann ab dem nächsten Tag ein gutes Zimmer bekommen.!
