Hotel bem localizado, com funcionários muito atenciosos e quarto muito espaçoso. Ótimo custo benefício. Tudo novinho!

No mais voltaremos com certeza!
Pros:

Tudo muito bacana. Café da manhã sensacional bem diversificado.
Ficamos no quarto 23 ;) com Jacuzzi excelente, varandinha top, teve noite de cinema e diversos jogos para nos divertir. (Totó, sinuca, ping pong e até sala de games).
O atendimento de Carol e Tina espetacular.
No bar não tenho palavras para descrever o quanto foi Incrível o Chefe Alex e a Ju (que atendimento).
Peçam os drinks e o Ceviche (pedidos certeiros).

Opa importante: a praia de Geribá fica a 2mint do hotel e a praia da Ferradurinha a 5 min (tudo a pé)

Cons:

Houve uma manutenção na caixa d'água e ficamos com água fria no período de 24hs.
Importante ressaltar que a manutenção solucionou o problema.
Dica: ter um varal de chão na varanda ;)

Cafe da manha expetacular, restaurante do hotel otimo, atendimento maravilhoso, que hospedagem maravilhosa, superou totalmente as expectativas. Praia de Geriba, a alguns passos. Quarto enorme com excelente divisão e espaço. Hotel super novo e moderno. Quarto com mini cozinha.

Pros:

Esperienza davvero bellissima! La camera per 5 persone era stupenda, spaziosa, perfettamente pulita e ordinata. Tutto molto curato.

L’unica cosa che ci ha sorpreso è stata non trovare dell’acqua nel frigorifero, cosa un po’ insolita per un hotel 5 stelle. A parte questo piccolo dettaglio, è stato tutto impeccabile.

Lo staff è stato gentilissimo, disponibile e sempre attento. Torneremo sicuramente, soprattutto per l’eccellente servizio e la cortesia di tutto il personale!

Cons:

Volevo darvi un feedback riguardo alla barca che abbiamo prenotato tramite il vostro consiglio. Purtroppo l’esperienza è stata molto deludente.

Il marinaio che ci avete indicato non ha rispettato le soste e l’itinerario che erano stati concordati e, per tutta la durata dell’uscita, ci ha dato la sensazione di avere fretta. Di conseguenza non siamo riusciti a goderci la giornata come avremmo dovuto.

Ci siamo affidati al vostro concierge proprio perché ci aspettavamo un servizio selezionato e di qualità. Purtroppo, in questo caso, abbiamo avuto la sensazione di aver buttato i soldi e siamo rimasti davvero insoddisfatti dell’esperienza.

Ci tenevo a segnalarvelo perché credo sia importante che sappiate che il servizio che ci è stato consigliato non è stato assolutamente all’altezza delle aspettative.

Hotel muito novo e bonito
Pros:

As instalações do hotel são excelentes . Decoração linda. Tudo muito novo . Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e sempre dispostos a ajudar .

Cons:

Um ponto que precisa ser melhor avaliado é o café da manhã . O modelo de preparar a maior parte dos pratos na hora a partir do pedido dos hóspedes exige uma cozinha muito eficiente. Os pedidos demoram chegar na mesa (20, 30 minutos) . Isso pode ser muito chato caso a família tenha uma programação definida com horários . Talvez , uma sugestão seria também colocar pães no buffet .
