Nice hotel, but major issues with heat and noise
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a great location for getting around by public transport and also the staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There is no air conditioning and, despite the hotel assuring me via message that fans would be provided, the front desk confirmed upon arrival that none were available. As a result, the heat in the room became unbearable; the only alternative was to open the windows, but that meant dealing with heavy traffic noise all night, leading to very poor sleep. Furthermore, the bathroom door did not close.

Franchement totalement déçu je suis allé pour une nuit, il n’y avait pas la clim, je déconseille aux personnes qui ne supporte pas la chaleur d’y aller
Il n’y a pas de clim dans les chambres les chambres elles sont pas assez spacieuses. je suis rentré dans ma chambre, il y avait un sérum physiologie déjà par terre,
franchement je déconseille et je suis beaucoup déçu car j’avais demandé À l’accueil
est-ce qu’il y avait la Clim ils m’ont dit non J’étais
absolument choquer car dans leur hall d’entrée il y a la Clim mais dans les chambres y a absolument rien la télé elle est toute petite, on se sent très facile oppressée.
Niveau sonore c’est catastrophique qu’on entend tout dehors, je déconseille fortement. Que ça soit les motos, les voitures c’est horrible vraiment après certes, c’est un hôtel bien situé, mais il y a beaucoup de choses à revoir

Rude staff

The property was on a great location for us, it was a walking distance from work

Cons:

The staff we INCREDIBLY rude. Part of why we were interested in the property is the restaurant/lobby area advertised on their IG as newly refurbished and advertised in the pictures on this page. On 2 occasions we used the lobby to meet with people, at 1pm when the place was empty, on both occasions we were screamed at by the female receptionist that this place was only for breakfast use, despite the fact that this is actually mentioned nowhere, and we would have had zero problem purchasing drinks etc if that was on offer, neither would we have minded being mindful of other guests present if our volume was too loud but the place was empty, and on both occasions they were meetings with PR reps from Paris, so it wasn’t a loud meeting.

The location is very good

Cons:

The checking time in and the check out. The stay is for one day and one day is 24 h00 but you can check in only after 3:00 pm and check out at 11:00 am. How many hours are you stealing from customers? About 4h00. Think about it.

Très bon choix
Pros:

Tout était parfait car nous avions loué ici avec mon fils afin d'aller voir un concert au stade de france. Idéalement placé car facile d'accès via métro ou RER que ce soit de Paris ou du SDF. Dès notre arrivée la personne à l'accueil a pris du temps pour nous conseiller sur les trajets du week-end, nous a pris en charge de façon professionnelle et à su nous mettre à l'aise. Le quartier est sympa, vivant le soir et très agréable à parcourir. Finalement, si je reviens sur Paris , ce sera mon premier choix. À bientôt

Die Rezeption ist immer besetzt und sehr nett.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind nicht klimatisiert, wobei dies selbstverständlich kein Standard sein muss. Aufgrund der Hitzewelle wäre es nur schön gewesen 😀

vu le prix on peut a la rigueur comprendre qu'il n'ya pas de climatisation encore que j'ai comparé au cours du séjour avec un hôtel voisin qui etait au meme prix et qui offrait la climatisation.
le plus grave c'est que, alors que la canicule était installé depuis 8 jours, il n'avait pas de ventilateur a proposer pour ma chambre

pas de renouvellement de la dose individuelle de shampooing le deuxième jour.
absence de reaction du personnel et de la direction quand bien meme on leur demande poliment de faire quelque chose
